Actually, I think that with 3 or 4 communications, it's just fine. Twist Mountain can't be locked, and it can be played at any time before or after N or PONT, so there's a high chance you'll get it with 3 copies.

I would try this for your supporter problem: -2 Juniper -2 PONT +2 Sage's Training (Max) +2 N (Max) Sage's is good, as you can take evolution cards and discard energy to attach with Eelektrik. Also, N is better than PONT, as you can Magnetic draw into 6 even if you only have 1 or 2 prizes...

I'd go: -0-2-1 Gardevoir YOu use 4 rare candy, and 3 Gardevoir seems like overkill for only an ability. I'd use 3-1-2 as used in Vileplume and Emboar lines. +3 Communication You need these to search out your Gardevoir for the candy.

I like the inclusion of DCL, but I think Electrode won't really work well with it. Electrode will likely discard a half(ves) of a legend, and the legend itself isn't too useful, as after its attack it just kinda sits there (3 retreat and you don't run switch, which will probably be Vileplume...
