Can I make a suggestion? I use a Magnazone that uses Leftovers and I found that by combining it with Volt Switch it would allow it to escape Magnet Pull and all that. You may want to try that instead.

While the Gems do prove usfull they have some draw backs. For example they only allow the increase of just one attack during the whole match. Life Orb and choice items are better options since its a permenate boost.

Raikou can have Aura Sphere with a Timid nature. I think you have to many pokemon that run a weakness to ground attacks. Virizion may cover that as well as Raikou but you have try to limit the legendarys you use. Cobalion and Terrakion are powerful but one well place Earthquake or Earth Power...

Only draw back to the wings is you need hundreds of them to really do anything. However I have no complaints to them. Sandile can be battled on route 4, desert resort and relic castle for 1 ATK EV.
