You answered your own question. You only get the bonus of one additional prize card ONCE. So if you knock out two Pokemon, you only get three prizes, not four.

What do you mean cards that are rotated out? Of course when cards get rotated out, they become practically worthless. But since the format is DP-on, the prices of cards (specifically staples) are only going to go up. Which is why they are releasing things like Uxie and Claydol as promos... >_>

All the Arceus cards/translations I have seen so far have been horrible. I don't think Arceus will be too great.

It's got nothing to do with how much HP is written on the card, it's to do with how much HP is remaining... --- If you and your opponent both have Pokemon that have the same amount of HP remaining, for example, you had a Poliwag with 30HP remaining, and your opponent had a Meganium with 30HP...
