This made me laugh more than it should have. As a player I feel it's probably most important to know the mirror. Everything else is manageable but the mirror can be changed so much by just a few key cards.

Blend Energy, unless that one counts as Lightning and Fire. Or just use some Fire, which is why I'd probably rather use Rayquaza-Raikou Eels.

Ultra Ball has more flexibility. Searches for anything without fail, so you don't need to rely on Dual Ball. I would probably use 2 in my Eels.

I feel like Great Ball could be moderately okay after rotation, but yeah, Level Ball and Ultra Ball are the best. Hopefully we keep CoL, Dual Ball is good.

People are still making top 8 with Collector engines, so clearly it still works. I do agree that the Ball engine is better, but Collector is not garbage.

Just because Skyarrow Bridge helps Basics does not mean you need it. If you opt to, though, I suggest adding Smeargle. Boosts consistency and free retreat with Bridge. As well, run all 40 HP Tynamo with Bridge. More health and they'll still have free retreat.

What decks take advantage of Weakness? None, except Terrakion. Thundurus just happens to OHKO Tornadus - CMT doesn't hit for Weakness and Eelektrik decks were around before CMT. I like the idea of RaiQuaza Eels though. Definitely something I'm going to try.

...why would decks need to play Rainbows/Prisms with Heatmor? Its Durant killer costs {C}. Anyway, I don't think it'll chase the deck away, but I will tech it for a little while if only because its attack is called Hot Lick.

I used it a grand total of once at States to win against a Zekrom-EX...dropped it after that. :P

Pooka doesn't run ZekEx, and a lot of other players agree that it's still slow to set up even with two Dynamotor on the field. I dropped mine after a while - it's still a 61st option, but yeah.

RE: is Raiku EX going to make eelektrick even more broken? Yeah, Zebstrika being OHKOd by Darkrai means it won't be better than ZekEels - there's also tech Terrakion, and really no need for two snipers. Disconnect is just too weak. I love the deck idea, it's just lacking and will need a lot...

Yes, knowing how many resources you and your opponent have played is part of the skill in the game overall, not just Mewtwo. Still don't see where the complaints are. Also, as a counter to one of your other points, an Eviolited Mewtwo counters everything...except other Mewtwo. Still only takes...

No reason to use non-Psychic attackers because they'll slow the deck down. I know it's tempting to use a bunch of good cards, but you want consistency.
