    Leafeon Deck

I don't know what changes you've actually made to the deck so, I'll post my suggestions based off of the first list. Remove 4-4 Hypno hgss 2-2 Houndoom prime 1 Bouffolant revenge 1 Maractus bw 11 1 Farfecht hgss 2-2 Metapod hgss 1 SSU 3 Team Rocket's trickery 2 Engineer's adjustments 1 poke...

    Making PowerRade Viable

^ This. Well, I was just hoping to find something to do with this deck that would allow it to be a better run deck with the limited resources it has.

    Making PowerRade Viable

3 Stage 1's and one Rainbow energy doesn't seem impossible to me. I am looking for alternatives to getting statuses without having to rely on flippy cards like Houndoom or Hypno (especially not the Hypno). When it comes out a set or two from now, the Amoongus would be a nice addition to use. But...

    Making PowerRade Viable

I definitely agree that Shaymin is not worth it for this deck. A bench space to move one energy to a Leafeon that is likely to get knocked out? I'd rather Magius over this since at least I can re use it without having to rely on SSU or Seekers. [hr] This Mismagius. My bad, got the name of the...

    Making PowerRade Viable

Well, since the rainbow counts as everything while in play, in regards to setting up again, drop a rainbow to Roserade, counts as grass and psychic energy for dual status, energy trans it over to the leafeon and you can still attack with it. I found that running things like Hypno and Houndoom...

    Making PowerRade Viable

Probably not Hypno because you cannot stack confusion and sleep, it's one or the other.

    Making PowerRade Viable

Really proud of my friend for recognizing this, but a common problem with Leafeon/Roserade decks was in the instance that a Leafeon was KOed, it would be difficult to manage setting up another Leafeon with energies to attack AS WELL AS energy drop to Roserade for statuses. She played around with...

    V for Victini! (Victini/Sharpedo/Slowking)

Bump. Wouldn't mind turning this into a semi competitive deck, but would need some outs against Donphan and Magnezone. The obvious Tornadus/Basculin come to mind, but how do I stop T2 Magnezone, (especially when I play second) is there a decent Fighting tech to handle Magnezone in this case...

    V for Victini! (Victini/Sharpedo/Slowking)

I didn't say it wasn't risky. But it is a for fun deck. That's kind of why I had the Weaviles in there to start to shrink down their hand size and get the lock on even if I don't have Strip bare work in my favor.

    V for Victini! (Victini/Sharpedo/Slowking)

If I really feared them catching my Victini, I could add in another one. By T2 under good circumstances, they should have no hand and top deck controlled. Realistically, I could poke at them with Strip Bare to KO the rest of their pokemon, or power up for Rage and use that. My win condition is...

    V for Victini! (Victini/Sharpedo/Slowking)

Sure, it's updated to what I can remember off of my head. I know I'd put in dual balls, but I just don't quite remember what I took out for them. Without Seekers or SSU, I was considering taking out Weavile line, though having a free retreat starter that plays into the theme of the deck is kinda...

    V for Victini! (Victini/Sharpedo/Slowking)

Suggestions are working out pretty well. I decided on 2 removers and 2 crushing hammers and kept in the Zoroark.

    V for Victini! (Victini/Sharpedo/Slowking)

RE: Dark Disruption (Needs main Pokemon from deck in title) I like these suggestions a ton :D I've got a couple of questions though. Without the Mandibuzz (though he wasn't doing much in there to begin with) or the Zoroarks, if I am not able to get the lock on as early as I hoped, I might be...

    V for Victini! (Victini/Sharpedo/Slowking)

RE: Dark Disruption (Needs main Pokemon from deck in title) Maybe I should change the name of my deck and this thread. Maybe it's been posted before, but there was a rogue deck that used Ambipom/Slowking/Weavile to create a lock that was tough to get out of. No hand + controlled top deck =...

    V for Victini! (Victini/Sharpedo/Slowking)

RE: Dark Disruption Can you explain your choices? I don't really see how/why you chose do do what you did? Sharpedo is a very weak attacker. Early game, he is meant to just get the strip bare and then switch out to something that can actually deal more damage than he can, hence Cinccino. With...

    V for Victini! (Victini/Sharpedo/Slowking)

So, Noble Victories is close to release, and with it, two of my favourite cards come out as well! This deck is going to love the inclusion of Victini (ability). I'll post the list and explain it afterwords. Pokemon 3-3 Cinccino (EP Mincino) 2 Victini 2-2 Slowking 3-3 Sharpedo 2-2...

    Status Lock

I've had good luck running this deck that is more reliant on trainers. I really see Vileplume hurting you more than it is helping you. If you can consistently get set up by T2, you could start catcher'ing their techs and drop Rainbow for 110 damage (that includes the poison from next turn)...

Top Burner Mill (needs main pokemon in deck title)

RE: Top Burner Mill I like how it works, but perhaps you can tweak the deck a bit for a faster recovery before the trainer lock hits. Since you're drawing into your entire deck, perhaps cards like energy returner, energy retrieval could be considered along side of the fishermans. I've yet to...

Top Burner Mill (needs main pokemon in deck title)

RE: Top Burner Mill So you mill as much as you can on one turn, ideally second to cripple, and then go to the reshiram to kill with the limited recovery that is available at that time? Milling again if their set up is slower?

Top Burner Mill (needs main pokemon in deck title)

RE: Top Burner Mill I was interested in building this deck as well, but I didn't think it through quite as much. How do you handle the 50/50 chance to toss energies in the discard? While fliptini will help out in the future, it's not here yet. On top of that, seeing how prominent trainer lock...
