Latias EX is perfect answer for dealing with Pyroar if you want to stick with Basic/EX Pokemon in your deck. Latias is immune to pokemon with abilities, and its attack ignores abilities. Throw a muscle band onto Latias and you can OHKO a Sigilyph with Safeguard.
