How does Exploud help at all against LostGar? I've found no problems in working in a single psychic energy, although in all fairness, I run less total energy than what you suggested. I do not even bother with Rainbow Energies so that is a moot point.

Unfortunately Rescue Energy doesn't get back the energy attached to Tangrowth, so you might find yourself running out of energy fairly quickly if even one Tangrowth kicks the bucket.
