if powers could be used during your opponents turn, there would be no need for bodies, because pokebodies are those that are in use at all times.

ahh but you make the mistake that luxray is not a ditto'ed eevee, therefore luxray or garcomp eats the poor deevee (ya did you like that one :D ) for breakfast lunch and dinner all day long

I think this card is over-hyped. Luxray can brightlook a non-ditto benched pokemon, luxray retreats or is poketurned and replaced with garchomp c Lv. x, and gets sniped. or you throw up and evolutionary light eevee (30 hp) then wait untill after your opponents turn, then switch for luxray...

people have called judges on be for not being able to get the full 3 of each, but they have interpreted it as 3 or as many as possible, so i would say they're worth having.
