I wouldn't even be so sure cause the trademarks have stopped showing owners Pokémon so it looks like we are only going to get them for one more English set after this one
Well I would say those 2-4 sets are usually in the same year.
I know it's nothing new, but it's annoying. I want a consistent game.
I like it as it is it avoids the problem of having countless gimmicks in the game, which sets Pokémon apart from other TCGs like Magic. Keeping things simple ensures the game doesn’t get bogged down with unnecessary mechanics. Plus, it makes balancing much easier and helps keep the gameplay fresh and enjoyable.
Bland. So very bland. I was hoping for something interesting. N's Klinklang might be one of the saddest cards of all time. I guess I just don't get what the card/gameplay designers do all day, except propose a basic Pokemon with 60HP and different flavour of [G] 20 damage attack?
It is consistent. The mechanics consistently change.
As competitive players, a lot of people are disappointed in the lack of support and pokemon for Lillie and Iono. Since Hop has literally everything, it seems as if they are focusing on just wanting people to play that, and use Iono's and Lillie's pokemon in other decks. It just seems very inconsistent, and people were hoping for more.Not complain about literally everything
Pokémon players challenge level: impossible
There are plenty of valid reasons to complain and be upset, esp when you realize that most of the people that do play the game seriously and do not just collect. It's not that hard to tell that they kinda messed up this set, and feels like they're just releasing trash.

With the set being a little lackluster, hopefully the hype simmers down now. A box of Battle Partners is still on the higher end right now. I dont even want to talk about the ridiculous pre order scalper prices for Journey Together.

I'm not saying Lillie is great but you could at least build a deck that has some fun stuff and if it's Lillie featuring other cards I'd still consider it a Lillie deck. . It's not going to be meta but you have a tool to reduce prize cards taken and ways to increase your cabbage output. N's best damage output comes from having to roll heads no thank you. N doesn't really benefit from other cards like Lillie and Iono because it needs a good attack to copy but can only copy N's pokemon. Hop is the only one that'll be a good deck in just saying Lillie and Iono got better cards.
Here's to hoping Steven, Marnie, and Cynthia get better treatment than N
I think this set was really hamstrung by them deciding they wanted to stick as close to canon to possible, despite also giving Hop a Sandaconda that he doesn’t have in canon while not evolving N’s Joltik and Purrloin. Also I must say Iono’s setup is really limited considering half her Gym Battle team is just not here with Luxray and Mismagius absent. I feel like it would have been smart to choose more characters like Hop with a big selection of Pokémon. N is almost there, but he seriously lacks in high power options to pair with Zoroark.
