“Journey Together” Set Officially Revealed for March Featuring Owner’s Pokemon, Other Sets to Expect in 2025!

I mean if ppl are paying 170 for pe etb prerelease. 199 a booster box might not be bad. Dca. If you can get it cheaper later, certainly snap up as much as you can

On a side note and unrelated, imo shrouded fable case of pc etb might be a play. Might be one that no one really buys up and keeps sealed. Maybe not

I'm not one to buy booster boxes, but that N promo card is gorgeous! Lucky the decision was made for me and is already sold out at Pokecenter. Saved a lot of money.
 
Is this the first time Build and Battle Boxes release on the same day as the set??? I feel like there has historically been a 2 week delay for them!

Do we know if the “box topper” promo is in ** ALL ** booster boxes or *just* the Pokémon center one??


Lastly….what does the following mean?:
  • More than 30 Pokémon and Trainer cards with special illustrations
Do we think this means illustration rares ?? Are we going to get “trainer IRs”??
OR DO WE THINK this simply saying “the trainer and Pokémon are in art together” but it’s on normal cards??

When I was saying it looked fake I was more referring to the basic-ish background instead of the usually action packed artwork

Dang I was working when this was announced and it's already out everywhere. No fun allowed I guess.

At least since this is a normal set and not a special one like Prismatic Evolutions, I hope that the prints will be plentiful months after launch.
 
Box toppers!! Love that they’re making a return. That said… I can’t believe that LITERALLY EVERYTHING on Pokemon Center is already out of stock. Seriously? I get the ETBs to an extent (still stupid), but everything else? It’s literally been 12 hours… I just want to open a few packs… I miss the G and F blocks. Maybe I should stop playing for a while?
 
Looks like we are going to get screwed on the Enhanced Booster Boxes as well?

Really, I give up at this point!
 
"journey together" as a set name doesn't really work for a gym leader who doesn't leave the town she reps, nor does it work for N whose whole thing was catching Pokemon in the areas near where his battles take place only to release them afterward (the only pokemon he canonically does any legit traveling with is Reshiram/Zekrom). I get that they were going for a trainer sort of thing, but the japanese set name was far more accurate theme-wise lol
