About the Deoxys meteor... the discrepancy is actually pretty easy to explain. Assume our intrepid leaker had a Deoxys in normal forme in their party and started interacting with the meteors from left to right. As they go, the Deoxys changes to Attack forme, then Defense forme, then Speed, then Normal... and then, because the forms loop regardless of which meteor you interact with, the Deoxys goes around to Attack forme again, making it seem like the last meteor is another Attack forme one. Basically, whoever gave WPM this info didn't check things properly. 
Actually that totally makes sense. The whole point of that bullet point wasn't even that anyway - it was just to tell people that there being a fifth meteor did not mean there was a new forme.

Any new info on the 3 new legends? As in time and the date we may be seeing them in game?

Hopefully we get Diancie this year, I have a feeling it could have it's own mini-movie alongside M17 (since it already has Xerneas, Yveltal and a bunch of Megas including Mewtwo) or be in M17.
And then, going by previous gens, we get Zygarde starring with Hoopa or Volcanion in M18 with the relevant events there.
Then lastly we get the last event for M19.
Are there any theories you can make out of this?

I don't know is what I'm about to say is on topic, but what about the Mega Latis. I wouldn't be surprised if Diancie didn't appear until the NEXT movie along with Zygarde, and the mega twins came out in this upcoming movie. Both Diancie and Zygarde are cave dwelling creatures so I wouldn't be surprised if they live in the same area (movie wise).

The reason why I put Floette in Movie 19 Pikachu Short, is because the Animé usually takes forever to get to the main plot of the Games.

Also, if Zygarde does get alternate forms, I'd like to see it get Mega Zygarde X, Mega Zygarde Y and Mega Zygarde Z.
Zygarde X would become Fairy/Ground, and take some design stuff from Xerneas. Would probably get a defensive boost
Zygarde Y would become Dragon/Dark, and take some design stuff from Yveltal. Would probably get an offensive boost
Zygarde Z would stay Dragon/Ground and be the 'true' Mega Evo of Zygarde. Would get an overall boost

Mega Zygarde Z was supposed to be the 'true' Mega Evolution of Zygarde, taking the powers it already had and increasing it, as opposed to bringing in something totally different.

I left them unrounded, and I'm unsure if I dealt with the natures correctly. Can anyone confirm this?
