i recall that the event was for us and europe but i don't know for sure if australia got it to cause the secret key was givin away there later to

good news to people who don't know:

if you have Wi-Fi connection, mystery gift and a english copy of pokemon platinum, no matter where you are, you can get the member card.(I am in Australia and I got it)
