(1) 'Plasma Gale' Victini-EX, Articuno-EX, and Set List Revealed [9/11]

Wow. Can't believe we are getting FA Skyla and Shiny blastoise... Someone called that in another post I saw... But Victini Artwork looks cool. Now we need the artwork for the FA's EX. And more Ace Spec! Sweet!

Also, Dowsing Machine as an ACE SPEC? Are we going to get the translation on that?

Victini EX? My friend Zack is gonna be reeeeeeeeally happy when he hears about this...

And yeah, I don't think anyone were expecting FA Skyla. Looks great, though.
 
Very exciting stuff. I'm generally not a fan of "owners" pokemon, just from an aesthetic point of view (i like my pokemon normal darn it!), but damn there's so much playable stuff from this set. Even though Victini takes a Fire energy, he can still be splashed into so many decks thanks to blend/prism. And articuno's second attack is stupid broken. Can't wait for all the scans/translations
 
If only Articuno's second attack was {w}{w}{c}. Then we wouldn't have to have at least 4 Energy attached to it. But honestly, these cards are pretty cool. Can't believe the made Skyla FA before Juniper... Can't wait to see pink Blastoise. Victini is just meh, unfortunately. The new Klinklang completely shuts it down. Can't wait to see the rest of the scans though. Thanks WPM.

Just realized, when this set is released internationally, assuming Moltres and Zapdos EX get thrown into this set, this will be the first of the EX sets to have 2 Pokemon of the same type appear as an EX in the same set. Just thought that was interesting.
 
Victini EX is kinda poor to be honest. HP is far too low.... attack is a worse version of Bouffallant.....other attack is not brilliant......its an EX. Articuno looks viable. Articuno-Blastoise.....I called it.

Actually, current Japanese set and Dragons Exalted both have 2 Dragon type EX's
 
I think Victini EX is pretty good it can set up a turn 2 terrakion which if your opponent is running darkrai they will be in trouble
 
Oh baby, a lot of stuff seem interesting. We have a Magnezone here and since there's been almost no bad Magnezone card, that might be good. And Articuno might seem eh at first but with Blastoise and Corless Machine, 80 plus paralysis is pretty legit. Get hype water decks.
 
I wasn't expecting Victini but I guess it's sort of cool and I can't believe we actually got full art Skyla.I guess Victini can work in some crazy Terrakion Deck. I noticied were goibg to be getting Garbodoar too..hope it's some good. I can't wait for shiny Blastoise.Dowsing Machine looks cool too Wonder what It'll do...

Inb4 Dowsing Machine Is the new Junk Arm.

Wow, I really like the EXes in this set.. Okay, I'm not really a Victini-fan but it could be much worse, and the art is really nice. :)

The Simisear is lame, I'm especting this one to be a holo since they haven't had any holo cards yet. Hoping the last shiny (078/070) will be Charizard, even if he already had 2 shiny cards already :p

Edit. Wait.. Shiny Ghetsis, please? xD

Also Victini's first attack looks like "Turbo Energy" (Enaajii Taabo), not "Energy Flame" lol
 
Articuno art looks sooo cool! <3 <3 It's still my favorite Pokemon after all these long years.

I wonder if Torterra will be anygood? Oh and Infernape! I'm so happy they are re-doing all the starters in BW sets. :)
Now we just need Sceptile, Swampert, and all the HG starters.
Lots of old Pokemon here to be interested in!
