I do not know the exact mechanics of it yet, I just know 1)it is an item used by the trainer and 2)its effects in battles. I would assume, considering how strong it can potentially be, it is something rare you can only use in battle.

EDIT: he posted when i did lol. Martijn, You need to be careful about mentioning the new type. Too many people bawl over not wanting a light type and will flame you terribly for even bringing it up. That probably took away most if not all of your credibility in their eyes, since they KNOW it will never be introduced. Personally, i think a new type is required to balance the gameplay. For example, Poison is only good on Grass, yet it has 2 weaknesses. That is improper balancing. There are many other countless problems with the current typings that warrent a new type being added, so i already expect it.

As in, your rival is a friend, or someone who you meet along the way that,at random times along the story, will battle you, say a few words then leave. Or will there be more depth to it? ok. What about speculational things. ok, some people got mad because you posted the Minotauros fan art. How about you post something that you know MAY or MAY NOT be confirmed or verified. Im sure nobody will be mad, or anthing as long its not fan art again. If i recall correctly you said there was something about the Cobra that you werent going to say unless verified, go ahead and tell us, or show us. I would rather look at unconfirmed, unfinished beta designs than do nothing.

The theme park, I do know something about actually, though it's not really ground-breaking information. It is actually inspired by/based on the real-life Poképark link. Obviously the specific themes will be different -since this is the 2nd new generation since- but you will see a strong influence of the rides of the real park.
