The Seaking's first attack is the same as the Garchomp from Pop 9. Flip 2 coins, if one is tails then the attack fails. The second attack I don't know...

The cards that are interesting me are the LunaSol.
 

I like Absol Lv.X. That GS remake better hurry itself up... And yet there is no Jigglpuff...

I think it's most likely that Dragonite gets a Lvl X.
Even if there IS already 3 Dragon Lv.Xs since BET.

Regigigas just already has an X.


Best art in my opinion goes to Metagross.

Also, Electivre already had an X, but they are making a new one.

Wait, I just realized something...no TGI's in this set? Aww, sadness. I was looking forward to the next huge wave of tools for the SP pokemon. But we have 35 Pokemon-SP in this set. And considering there are about 125 cards in the set...almost 30% of the Pokemon in this set are SP. Awesomeness.

I also like Rayquaza C Lv.X. Its art is just awesome.

Spiritomb is so sad though. It's Cynthia's Pokemon, come on! This "kawayoo" guy did a great job on normal Rayquaza C, but this is pathetic. Rhyhorn also looks even more stupid than he's supposed to be.

Since I'm a fan of Rhyperior, I like the one with the big leg, it just looks like it's going to stomp you. =P

I actually like the spiritomb art.
You just need to realize how hard it is to draw Tomb in a dynamic way.
And this guy did a good job. Imagine it as a level X, and you can see the 3D effect it gives.
It ranks really high for me. :eek:​
 
VS Seeker is back! Sweet! Now I can play it and get Marley's Request back from the discard pile, then use Marley's Request to get VS Seeker back!

I'm glad Lee Hyun Jung has become a regular contributor. Hyun Jung's illustration of Shinx in the original D/P set was awesome, and the picture of Fantina's Drifblim here is just as marvelous.

The picture of Cynthia's Spiritomb makes me laugh though. A new illustrator, and it seems a protégé of Tomokazu Komiya. Nah, not really. But it looks like it's going "Eee hee hee hee!" two inches from your face, and that's what makes it my 2nd-favorite illustration in this set so far.

Team Galactic's TM has an attack called "Damage Poker." I wonder what it could possibly do, considering it needs 3 Colorless and does 10 for each damage counter on something. (The second sentence says "For each damage counter, this does 10 damage," I think) Say, can you attach this TM, and Energy Gain at the same time to make Damage Poker cost only 2 Colorless?
 
TGI 107 is like a TM version of Dusknoir's Damage Even, but only for SP Pokemon. And you can attach both at the same time because TGI 107 is a Technical Machine, not a tool.

Also, the Drifblim belongs to Keito, not Fantina.

Who is that guy Skarmory belongs to? I don't think I've ever seen him before.

There are many Pokémon I mss returning in this set. I haven't seen Mr. Mime for a while, and same goes for Parasect. But fo all you people saying there's a lack of Gold/Silver Pokémon, just because they're theming a set on Gold/Silver doesn't mean there'll be a remake. Remember EX Unseen Forces? All about the Johto Pokémon, nothing to do with any then-recent game.
 
Wow, all these scans! My mind is blown! But I'll have to keep it in my head until the translations are realeased. I'll probably die then. For now, I love the artwork of Nincada, again Electivire, Dusknoir, the three Bird reprints, and the Cyrus Supporter (another one? -0-). Yeah, I know I have my Articuno and Zapdos somewhere. Might be fun to play with those as those will be legal now. Also, I see a rapid decline in SP Pokemon (aside from the decks). I'm thinking this might be the penultimate SP set...Just a guess. I'm pretty sure that's Buffer Piece too. :] Rampardos will be the BDIF after that to reduce backlash.

I'll post the translations when I'm not in danger of getting in trouble (I'm in the middle of class). At the latest they'll be up at 5 (1 hour 50 mins from now). All of the cards are translated.
 
If Palmer does get a Blister Pack Lv X, I doubt it'll be Dragonite, since Dragonite is just an uncommon.
