I dont mean to rush Bangiras, but do you have any indication on how long it'll take before she'll have the translations? There are a lot of cards I'm curious about (Sandslash and Seaking mainly)

Seaking's first attack has a two in it, and it does 90 for 1. That means it probably requires you to flip 2 coins, and if any of them are tails, the attack fails. That's my speculation.

Yeah, thats my guess as well, but eh. I'm more curious about Sandslash. I always liked the little bugger and I really do hope he finally gets a decent card.

Sanslash has a Poke-Power, and if you look closely, it had the {F} symbol in it. This means it probably has something to do with Fighting Energy. The attack has the number 1 in it, but that could mean anything, but I have a strong suspicion that it's going to put 1 damage counter on each benched Pokemon. I don't know why, that's just the feeling I am getting from him.

Just added this interesting point...

Other than Yanma, Murkrow, and Skarmory (the first two have Diamond and Pearl evolutions), there is a complete lack of Gold and Silver Pokemon in the set. Could Pokemon Card Laboratory be saving the Johto Pokemon for an upcoming set? Is this yet another hint of a Gold and Silver remake?

There is no doubt there is an unusual lack of that generation... could this be yet another hint of a Gold and Silver remake?

I thought I was the only one who noticed this...

Yeah, that seems to be the case, I mean, come on, they have stalled the remake of Gold and Silver for long enough now, haven't they?

Anybody have translation of Absol G Lv.X? The 1 and 3's have me interested and im a big Absol fan. BTW, The artwork is great for that card.

Absol G LV.X - Darkness - HP100
Level-Up (SP)

Poke-Power: Dark Burial
You can use this Power once during your turn, when you play this card from your hand to Level Up a Pokemon. Flip 3 coins. For each heads, send 1 card from the top of your opponent's deck to the Lost Zone.

[D][C] Dark Slugger: 30 damage. You may discard 1 card from your hand. If you do, this attack does an additional 30 damage.

Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: Psychic (-20)
Retreat: 1

I'm sure there will be one, because we all want one. p/s: how about absol WPM?

Milotics are beautiful!~

Thanks for the translation. That is a good point. I agree that there will be an unveiling of Gold/Silver soon enough. The question is though, WHEN?

To go with this...

Infernape, Torterra, Sceptile: Platinum 1
Charizard, Venusaur, Blastoise: Platinum 3, Platinum 3, Platinum 1
Blaziken, Sceptile, Swampert: Platinum 1/3, Stormfront, Platinum 3

Where are Typhlosion, Meganium and Feraligatr? Last time they were around was MT. Last we've seen of the Johto legends was in SW.

Also there were no G/S pokemon in the set right before this one, and there were only 2 maybe 3 G/S Pokemon lines in the first Platinum set

Really hope they remake Gold and Silver soon. Those were my favorite of all the games so far. Hopefully it won't be a DSi download title then I would either have to wait for ever or buy a Japanese DSi.

All of the Frontier Brains except Palmer have a LV.X card, which means his LV.X will probably debut in the set's blister pack if there is one. Last set it was Mismagius GL LV.X for Fantina, this set it may be Dragonite FB LV.X or Regigigas FB LV.X for Palmer. We'll see!

I don't see a LV.X for Keito either.

Venusaur might be a decent play with Shaymin X. It could be a speedier Torterrible

I look forward to seeing what the Shendinja does, as the Ninjask family is a notorious TCG fun-play.

Blaze X is definately going to see some play.

Camerupt looks interesting.

Dewgong has the Thick Fat Pokebody, which may make it a possible tech against the Blaze X.

Congrats to Wailord for being the first Pokemon to break two different HP Standards, 200 and 180.

Drifblim is my vote for best art for this set. With Honchkrow as a close second.

Why do all of the shinys have terrible Energy costs? Yanma is also going to be the only decent option out of all of them.

Absol Lv.X is going to be a beast.

I hope that Dodrio has the Retreat Aid Pokepower.

Chatot G looks to be the most intimidating card ever created.

It looks like they reprinted Vs. Seeker.

Spiritomb win worst art in the set.

I hope that the Cradaunt and the Sableye are good too.

I have to say that the art for this set is disappointing. There are a handful of terribly ugly cards (Nincada, Spiritomb, Gabite) and the rest of the cards are the basic G Pokemon art. Some of the FB cards do look good though (Vire, Noir, ect)

Why does Cynthia have a Rayquaza? The only relationship I can imagine is because of the anime, an episode where Mismagius lures everyone to hallucinate... But still, it doesn't seem a good reason for it...

Hands off.
Been eying Sandslash since I got Red version.

But yes.
I really want to know what he does, along with the Nincada line.
They interest me the most.
I'm also intrigued to see the new Claydol, as well as LunaSol.
Claydol has 90 in the SECOND (said first before the edit) attack's text. Big number. usually a nice thing.

the type synergy is nice, too.
Claydol, Sandslash, and LunaSol could combo into a deck.
If they do, I'll be the first to work it out. ^^'
