Says the person who used Garchomp/Altaria for Regionals and Battle Roads.

I never tried to pass it as being T1 even though it did very well. Different people can play different decks better than others. Same thing for Blastoise/Keldeo, it may "work" for some people, but in the long run, it isn't T1.

and what are you basing your results on? Cities wins/top 4's or a few games that you might've played at a league/on playtcg? According to the gym here are the 3 most successful decks at the moment in the Masters division:

1. Landorus EX/Mewtwo EX + (Bouffalant and/or Terrakion and/or Tornadus EX) - 15 1st place, 17 2nd place, 21 3rd/4th place, Total: 53

2. Blastoise/Keldeo - 13 1st place, 12 2nd place, 35 3rd/4th place, Total: 60

3. Darkrai/Hydreigon - 9 1st place, 8 2nd place, 28 3rd/4th place, Total: 45

so Blastoise has the most top 4's and the second most amount of wins in the US right now, reminds me of CMT back in states, which by your logic wasn't tier 1 either. Also my argument is based off facts, yours is based off opinion. Blastoise/Keldeo is tier 1, if it wasn't then it wouldn't be doing so well right now. That's all there is to it.

Well, you can't go solely off results, as some places have more competitve players than others. find out what places have the most srs mode players and what wins there.

I'm finished trying to press my obvious points, if you won't listen, then that's not my problem.

Isn't Hydregion supposed to be a Team Plasma Pokemon? It's not listen in the Translation for the card though you can clearly see it in the picture. XD

If you think Latias EX{DRG} is "bad", you're wrong. This card paired with CobalionEX(of course, we have klingklang{M}) walls almost EVERYTHING(exceptions reshiram(white kyurem EXwhite rage deck, absol plasma(great card) and terrakion) of course we have zekrom, but I don't think zekeels will be played 6 months from now.

...what?

The only Pokemon that Latias walls that Cobalion EX with the Plasma Klinklang up doesn't is Bouffalant. I'd rather just run some Prisms and/or Blends and tech in Terrakion or Landorus for Bouffalant.

you forgot sigilyph, latias can attack through it's ability too... Oh yeah, you also forgot hydreigon and blastoise and a couple others :p

but then again, cobalion NVI just trolls that argument, so yeah latias isn't that good in klingklang...

Blastoise/Keldeo is Tier 1. Not too sure how long that will last although. Latias EX is just one of the many counts that are soon to be against it. The stadium "Frozen City" comes to mind as well.

I mean, its pretty much too late now, but you guys need to actually attend some cities to experience the current meta before making such bold statements.

Blastoise/Keldeo was everywhere at the Texas marathon - and unless the list or the player was shortbus - they did quite well. Lists with Tropical Beach especially had success.

And yes, in case you did not know, the Texas marathon was a highly competitive scene - people from all across the U.S and even Canada came to participate with Masters bracket spiking up to around 85 a couple days.

Lastly, lack of damage output from Latias EX is by no means the end of the world.

2HKO's are possible with this card - and not necessarily with Altaria. Let's not forget PHB + Virbank...

You do realise that 75% of the people here actually play competitively and go to cities? And that we look at how stuff is going in Japan? Keldeo decks are staying strong for a LONG time. Along with Darkrai and others.

He's talking to DarkVoid, DNA and a couple other guys, they were arguing that Blastoise/Keldeo was tier 1.5/2. (although I highly doubt that they would say that with having gone to a CC before this season, still... it's tier 1)

White Tea is BDIF over here, not Keldeo. All the Keldeo decks over here do badly. I know one of my friends plays Blastoise/Keldeo, and his build is actually quite good. I have not asked him how he did; I think I will when I get a chance. (I kid you not - it is the best build for Keldeo I've ever seen.) Every area is different. And in a meta like mine, where you see pretty much every deck possible, a deck like Blastoise/Keldeo, who only has really good matchups against a few decks, end up crumbling pretty quickly. Like against Quad-Sigi. (Yes, it's a thing. I can't believe it either.)

just out of curiosity, what area are you from?

and Quad Sigilyph has been known for quite some time. It was present at the Texas marathon, but for the most part did not win the matchup. Many Blastoise/Keldeo decks utilize Blastoise, little Keldeo, or even Bouffalaunt to work around it.

Southern California. Our meta is basically "if it's a meta deck, you're most likely going to see it, or a poor man's version of it".

After experience playing and seeing Blastoise/Keldeo being played, I would agree that its Tier 1.5/2, the deck needs Tropical Beach and Max Potion, it has an unfavorable match up against Darkrai/Hydreigon and if you whiff an energy you're screwed. It's just like RayEels.
