Based on the June 2nd date they have ether been preparing this for a while or they are using something they already had done like maps to cut time out. Whats wrong with the first idea is that theres no way they could hide something this long. Thats why i think there using old maps and just going from where the last story left off. maybe years in the future maybe not. But they already have hoenn maps done too so they might use them probably not but maybe. I am also hoping that they make a 3ds version or something like that but with such a quick release i don't think so.
Game Freak is a very, very quiet company. As for Hoenn maps, it would still take a decent chunk of time. Sure, the design is done, but having to recreate it with BW graphics can be a task.

What does the 3DS have that the DSi doesn't that they could put in to this game? The only thing that the 3DS has that the DSi doesn't have is the 3D, it has better graphics, but I don't think they could make better graphics just because that game is in a 3DS. I don't think they could put 3D effects in it either.
Actually, not much. They obviously put the camera stuff for DSi in BW, but I don't think putting in 3DS stuff is quite as easily doable.

You know how much time and money that would cost the game creators? Espeically due to the fact these games are set to be released in Japan in June, there's not time to create the game on the DS AND the 3DS.
You know how much time and money Game Freak has?

Actually if they wanted to, Nintendo could put both DS and 3DS games onto one cartridge. The 3DS cartridges now have 2 gigabytes of storage. The old Black/White games were around 256 MB in size, and 3DS games like Mario Kart 7 are around 600-700 MB. There are exceptions to this rule, but I think it could be possible.
It'd be a task to pull it off. Effectively, you'd need a brand new type of cartridge. The DS and 3DS cartridge technology is different. They look the same, but the 3DS cartridges obviously have made adjustments to allow for much greater storage. To make that compatible with the DS... You'd need two storage volumes.

Well, we usually don't get the mini movies that Japan does (unless they've secretly been including them on the DVDs and Blu-rays).
Yeah, I believe the last we had was for Ranger and the Temple of the Sea.

I have a feeling that the forme changes will work something like how Shaymin changed forme (not including the "only stys that way when not Frozen/in the middle of night" factor). If we all remember, the Black/White Orbs were Key Items. If Kyurem changed forme via those, then first of all, it would prevent the player from transfering it to B/W, and second, you wouldn't be able to get rid of it, unlike with Giratina's Griseous Orb in Plat./GH/SS, if you accidently hit "trash" instead of "hold," it would be gone for good, since DP never "knew" of anything called the Griseous Orb (needless to say, you can transfer the Griseous Orb from BW from game to game now).
I also think it may work like this. Somehow make Reshiram/Zekrom turn into a ball, give it to Kyurem, and end up with Black/White Kyurem.
The only thing is that I think it might be the other way around. Take Kyurem, turn it into its ball, give it to Reshiram/Zekrom, end up with... Black/White Kyurem. Yeah, the names of the new formes wouldn't suggest it, but just look at the design of the formes. Everyone says it looks like Kyurem with Reshiram/Zekrom armor, but I think its the other way around. Reshiram/Zekrom with Kyurem armor. Look at the color of the eyes. Kyurem's are yellow, these are red. Granted, there aren't any blues. Hm.

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet but^. Really helps support us getting it on June 2 too.
Yeah, it's been mentioned. It's definitively the most surprising news from this whole thing.

While it's obviously uninspired to mash together two Legendary Pokemon--it's never been done before (to my knowledge).
Yeah, never in the games, only in the manga with Zapmolcuno (and that's a bit of a stretch).
