What's this 'other' disappointment everyone's talking about? The only fake(s) I'm aware of is/are today's. Can anyone please explain what else was false? I'm just curious

I am really disappointed in the deer Pokémon. It changes forms based on the season. However, its forms are just color swaps! I really wish they put more effort into the forms, even just changing the flower on its head.
Also, I don't get what WPM said.

Went back to Pokebeach homepage.. It says there's only three seasons a year? (Spring, summer, Autumn/fall and winter....)
You can even see the kanji for spring (well, some of it.. 春)

No it means seasons spread out 3 winters a year spread out. It's good because you would be sick of seeing of the same look sort of for 3 months straight. I think that's it. LikeFiremaker said:

The badge might turn out to be a key needed to unlock some door in the gym where Aloe is located. It might be like a puzzle or something that the trainer needs to solve to get to the gym leader and battle her.

maybe this generation is based on seasons! I mean, starting from gen 2, every region has a different theme... gen 2: pre evos legendaries on cover... gen 3 weather... gen 4 evos and demensions...
