Pokemon animals that havent made it to pokemon form

like the heading says, what are some animals that haven been made into pokemon form.
i ask this because there have already been multiple pokemons based on one animal (monkey, pig, birds)

the one animal i can think of is dolphins
 
Um...Magcargo's a snail, Keleyn.

There are a ton of animals I'd like to see done that still haven't. Ones of choice for me are ermines, orcas, and wolves (and I mean actual wolves, not just canids).
 
I think Lapras is based on a Plesiosaur (I am not sure though, it is just a guess)
I want to see a Komodo Dragon made into a Pokemon (not sure if any Pokemon are based on it yet)
 
Giant Pandas (no, Spinda does NOT count).

Also, Gorillas. I don't think they have a Pokemon yet.
 
snorlax is a panda, kyogre is an orca, and hihidaruma is a gorilla(or similar big ape that walks on its fists, close enough IMO)
 
I really think we need a placoderm pokemon (anorith is based on an anomolocaris, which is more obscure than a placoderm) A pokemon based on a gorgonops would be cool too (I apologize If you have never heard of these animals).
 
Took em five generations to get a gorilla. Smh.

I forgot about Snorlax; it's just so massive that I forget its resemblance to pandas.
 
I always thought Snorlax was based off those lucky cats. They haven't made like 90% of all bugs. Also no cheetah, snow wolves (the one I want most now), Gila Monster, and a prarie dog (Diglett doesn't really count)
 
An actual wolf pokémon and, like someone said, a komodo dragon would be cool too. Maybe Dragon/poison.
 
A platypus Pokemon. It would be interesting to see its typing since it's semi-aquatic. (Maybe it would be Water/Ground or something.)
 
I'd love to have a wolf pokemon too. Bonus points if it ends up looking like Amaterasu from Okami :)

Hmm... Another idea I thought of after talking to someone on another site (don't ask where) about this exact subject a while ago. There should be an okapi Pokemon! I know, it's a weird idea, but I think it'd be fun...
 
miruhog is based on a meercat and a prarie dog. lapras is a pleisiosaur. and arcanine, entei, and suicune are all based on both wolves and large cats, so that counts as a wolf IMO
 
@Shadow Arceus: Technically, yes, but most people would probably rather have something that is more distinctly lupine (their appearances are kind of vague, in the matter of being wolves...even Arcanine is more dog than wolf)... Case in-point, something on the lines of my fakemon Metalupus.
