Awsome work on the Crobat. I'm gonna use it

Okay.

And to SotS, EspeonROX, Shining Meganium, and adam44: Thanks.

And to Meaty and The Changer: Okay.

And to Soul Seeker: RPS cards? What are those?

I should be updating with something tomorrow, so look forward to that, I guess. I still have one to add to the first post (it was done back with Machoke and Jynx), but it still has to wait. :3

Wow, the first post finally reached its maximum character limit. Because of this, artwork from Machoke and after has been cut off. I'm finally going to have to move to part 2! xD I'll be fixing the situation right now, and all should be well in a few minutes. Expect details afterwards.

Oh no, the art's too awesome to be held in one post! XP

Okay.

Added Exploud and Huntail to the first post.

Not sure if anyone else has picked up on this, but lately I've noticed that Xous's work has become a lot more dynamic, with more interesting perspectives and such. It's really noticable on Pokes like Dusknoir, Kyogre, and Groudon.

I'm glad that your style is growing in this direction Xous. In the past, I often thought about how you would progress as an artist- you were always an expert at mimicking Sugimori, but I felt as though you could only take his style so far (you can't improve on something you have perfected!)... so it's really nice to see you to adding these new twists to an old style. : )

Thanks. :3 I've learned that people like to see dynamic poses more than the plain "just standing there" poses, though unfortunately I must admit I enjoy drawing both types. xD I should really grow out of the boring poses and draw more dynamic poses (especially since I know they're more appealing and original, and they offer greater reward growth-wise, I think), but sometimes I just can't, for some reason (it's almost like a mental block). Just something to get over in time, I guess.

nice pose on Huntail =), you can't stop loving your art =)

RE: Avatars and art. Read the rules. Huntail and Exploud added.

Huntail has some great body work, and I like that. Exploud is the same, but his face seems a little bit too small to me.

O.O Huntail's great! Nice work on him!

RE: Avatars and art. Read the rules. Stantler added.

To adam44, Gliscor, and EspeonROX: Thanks.

Stantler has been added to the first post. It was done back with Machoke and Jynx, but could not be posted until PMJ added its card to the Unsung Heroes thread. :3

RE: Avatars and art. Read the rules. Stantler added.

Uh, im kinda new here and love making signatures, and banners of all sorts, and was just wondering if i could use the full body art of Vaporeon for a banner?

RE: Avatars and art. Read the rules. Stantler added.

You should make a "Red-Nosed" Stantler....
Very nice like always.

Sure, that'd be fine.

And to Light Venusaur: Thanks. Hm... I might consider that. I'm not sure if I'm going to make Christmas themed avatars or not, mostly because of time issues.

It's not really Pokémon art, but if anyone would like to check out a piece I've been working on for a while now (it was way back during the time I actually took requests, and I was finally able to devote enough time to it to complete it), here's a link to it:

Ganondorf

I like Stantler's pose. Xous, your work always impresses me.

Hear, hear. You have progressed ever since you first started this, and not just in angle/perspective, but your anatomy has become much more accurate. As for Huntail, I can just see it lunging out of the screen, ready to devour all in sight. =O

Keep at this!

RE: Avatars and art. Read the rules. Stantler added.

Stantler's average work. For some reason, I find the legs a little bit bulky.

The Ganondorf PWNs small children in their sleep. AMAZING. Just...amazing.
