Woa the Kiongdra is excellant, Xous it may seem that I have changed my avatar but that is a reason fort the chillax zone :p

Yes, you may use Celebi. Having read the whole thread from first post to last, I'd think you'd know that you only have to post saying you're using an avatar, not to ask permission to use one. ;D

Updated first post with Duskull's avatar and full body art. The avatar for shiny Duskull is being used by a staff member, so I cannot post it due to the new Staff Member avatar rule. I'll also be going through the current avatar list I have and mark off avatars that are in use by other staff members so that people don't get in trouble for using avatars that the staff have.

Any staff member reading this that is using one of my avatars that I have posted on the first page, please inform me either here or via PM so that I know which ones to mark off. In addition, please be sure to notify me via PM when you're no longer using the avatar so that I know when to unmark it.

Um... I must be forgetting... But did you ask for permission to use them? I said people could use the single avatars for an avatar, but I never said anyone could use three and put them in an animation to use as an avatar, or edit them in any way without permission...

You know what, if you didn't ask (which I'm sorry if you did and I'm forgetting), then it's fine this one time. But, from now on, no one may edit an avatar(s) without my permission. In fact, there was already someone that edited an avatar and asked before he/she did it, so I guess I should have been prepared for this. :/

Edit: Groudon now reserved by staff.

xD I editedmy post. :\ I realizied I didn't like the animations so I just deleted it. :) So I never used it. Sorry for not asking.

EDIT: Tomorrow I'll be updating the first post's layout, to organize some of the things and make the various processes a little more understandable for new viewers and for those that don't get the rules.
