fRlG Poliwrath is the best. You can lock in a Blastoise ex or Pidgeot;)

5 energys and three of them have to be metal

At least you can recover Metals from the Discard pile. Registeel is the worst. Trust me.

so, overall, the best one comes from Skyridge, eh?

there are only 2 Poliwrath in RS on: FRLG and UF?

Since I can safely assume you're saying Magikarp has 30HP, not HP Magikarp... RG Magikarp is actually really good...

There's a lot of terrible cards... HP Karp does sound horrible though... oh, EM Feebas (Water arrow) is pretty bad too.

Haunter from FR/LG. Just check the Poké-power:

Poké-power: Head Trip
Once during your turn (before your attack), if Haunter is on your bench, you may use this power. One of your Active Pokémon is now Confused.

What a great strategy! First, Confuse your own pokemon and faint it by confusion, then get Haunter killed. :p

No way!! That Poké-Power is REALLY useful when u need to retreat ur Pokémon, but it's somehow Paralyzed or Asleep!! Then, use Haunter's Head Trip to retreat ur Pokémon!!
