I think Luxray, Magnezon, and electrode variant decks just beat the meta right now. Luxray has a good match up with every deck in the format, because almost everyone uses a lv.x in there deck. Only problem it has is against Gliscor, but even then they run a lv.x and if played right Luxray even has a good match against it's weakness.

Grass Variants and Magleaf are top IMO. Leafeon LvX + Sceptile just amounts to massive damage really quickly.

I don't think there is any doubt about the fact that Dialga is, hands down, the very worst. Right now, Rhyperior is pretty crap too, as is Porygon-Z.
All the others see SOME play - some more then others - but I'm having trouble pinpointing the definite best. Palkia X has an awesome effect, but is hard to play with. Same goes for Cresselia X. Glaceon X requires a specific kind of play too. Magmortar is awesome but has meta problems right now. So pinpointing the very best? I can't.
Oh yeah, Papi - You're missing Regigigas.

I just copied off the O.P.'s list and worked from there. Gigas is an X that is forgetable....though its actually decent. lol.

Worst Lv.X Set: Majestic Dawn. Yes Leafeon is great as well as Chomp and Glaceon to some extent but Porygon Lv.X is just terrible. The one Porygon Z is bad, Mode Crash is terrible without DRE or Scramble. Decode waste your draw so yeah Porygon=Bad.

Leafeon attaches extra's energy's making loads of cards playable. It's got 3 good attacks to boot.
Uxie is has a good 60 for 2 attack if you need some quick damage, and it's poke power can help you get the card you need. IT's Non - Lv.X is also really good.
Magnezone is really good. If your opponent Palkia Lv.X's you claydol or something with a high retreat cost, you can just give it free retreat and then move it back for another attacking spree.
Palkia Lv.X lets alot of decks control the board. After your opponent has killed a pokemon, just send palkia out and make them warp the attacking pokemon back to the bench.

I've heard some stupid things in my life, but none as bad as these four words.
Quite frankly, Dialga G Lv X is absolutely necessary in GC. Without it, Ampharos GC would cause havoc.
Giratina Lv X is just... Broken. No other Lv X's are. So I guess that puts Giratina at the top!
EDIT: And what's with this Lv X-obsession that people have? I'm sick of these threads (besides the fact that I, heh, post in them).
