I can, I think, I'll have to drop Smeargle/Kecleon, though. Mystical Madness sounds alright, but I'll see what other people come up with too :)
I'll generally be updating the OP with cards quite often.

b) And Xatu-EX's Resistance is... Fairy? Why? Neither Flying or Psychic resists Fairy.

No, it does not. :p It resists Fire ,Water and Ice. Not Steel. The thing is that Steel doesn't resist Water, but that's it. XD
Look at a type chart :p
Steel is resisted by Fire, Water, Electric and itself
Water is resisted by itself, Grass and Dragon :p
