May I kill him?

I've seen a few fan made cards on the site before but I am surprised I have not seen anything like Create-A-Pokemon before. Now being an avid Pokemon fan, I have thought of creating Pokemon to see what exactly the rift would cause and I would like to introduce the "CAP" I've been thinking of.

Welcome aboard Draconder! This is something I've been think of to help lower the top threads in OU (Heatran, Zapdos, Scizor, Skymin, bulky Waters in general, etc.) and I thought with Electric/Dragon's powerful resist to Fire, Water, Thunder, Flying, Grass, Steel, and Immunity to Electric it would serve well in this role. What I didnt want was something that sit there and does nothing while my opponent switches to something to ruin me (Tyranitar) so, Electric/Dragon is great STAB imo only three Pokemon resist the type: Shedinja, Magnezone, and Steelix. Two of them are not OU and Magnezone could be deal with HP Ground or HP Fire so it should not be much of an issue. And with an impressive 140 base Special Attack to work with, Draconder should be able to put out damage. So tell me what you think, how it would effect the metagame, and dont be afraid to post your own creations! Enjoy and have fun!

It looks nice, but it doesn't really look like a Pokemon ^^

Seriously it looks like the Dragon from the Eragon show .lol?
Make it clearer and Not so fierce .(cute if possible^^)

Pride knows what I'm talking about with this.

Name: Pyrivie

Types: Grass/Fire
Abilities: Chlorophyll/Flash Fire
Stats: 60/90/73/115/85/92

Level-Up Moveset (winging it):
-- Ember
-- Stun Spore
05 Absorb
09 Wrap
11 Sleep Powder
17 Flame Wheel
23 Slam
26 Leech Seed
31 Flare Blitz
37 Sunny Day
42 Power Whip

Other competitive-viable moves:
Swords Dance
Flamethrower
Fire Blast
Grass Knot
Leaf Storm
Will-o-Wisp
Lava Plume
Aura Sphere
Toxic Spikes
Solarbeam
Wood Hammer
Seed Bomb
Earthquake

The powerful combination of Grass/Fire has been embodied in this Pokémon. With a decent base Attack and Speed, both boostable, and a strong SpA, it is the ultimate Sunny Sweeper, or going into a physical route with Swords Dance. Pyrivie is also the antithesis of any Subseeder; immune to Leech Seed, and can blow them away with Fire STAB.

However, it's typing and defensive stats are to be desired; it's weak to Stealth Rock, Flying, and resistant only to Grass, Steel and Electric. 60/73/82 means he isn't taking physical hits, and not many special hits either. Paradoxially, he has a strong support movepool in Toxic Spikes, Sleep Powder and Leech Seed. Also, his STAB combination is left resisted by Dragons and Fires; one HP will tend to leave the other one to wall him.

Physical Sweeper
Pryivie @ Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll/Flash Fire
Nature: Jolly/Hasty
EVs: 252 Att, 236 Speed, 4 HP
Swords Dance
Power Whip/Wood Hammer/Seed Bomb
Flare Blitz
Earthquake/HP Ice/Sunny Day/Sleep Powder

On the physical side it's not that shabby either; Swords Dance up and hit through with two 120 power STAB moves. Seed Bomb and Wood Hammer are given as - power, + accuracy argument or the +Accuracy +Recoil, though considering both STABs would hit for extremely hard on both sides, Wood Hammer is not suggested, but with Wish and Spin support the idea is plausible. The last filler move can be for coverage on Heatran or Dragons (needs different nature), or Sunny Day to up the Flare Blitz damage (which may not be suggested) and speed. Sleep Powder for setup on slower Pokes. Without Sunny Day and/or Chlorophyll the EVs given can outrun +Spe 90s.

Sunny Sweep
Pyrivie @ Heat Rock/Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll
Nature: Hasty/Timid
EVs: 252 SpA, 172 Speed, 86 HP/Att
Sunny Day
Solarbeam
Fire Blast/Flamethrower
HP Ice/Ground/Flare Blitz

Typical Sunny set, strengthened with his double STAB on both the moves; EVs given can outspeed ScarfGar, can be lessened to outspeed anything less if desired. The Attack EVs are given for a powerful hit on Blissey (unknown for KO), though expect a painful recoil hit in return. HP Ice for Dragons, HP Grounds for most Fires, especially Heatran.

Sun Supporter
Pyrivie @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
Nature: Timid/Jolly
EVs: 252 HP, X Spe, remainder in offensive stat
Sleep Powder/WoW
Leech Seed
Toxic Spikes
Grass Knot/Power Whip/Lava Plume

Despite the poor defensive stats, Pyrivie can be a good supporting unit with decent (boostable) speed, access to a Sleep move, Leech Seed, and Toxic Spikes. The STAB move can be differing depending on what you intend to attain; a special or physical Grass, or a Burning Lava Plume, if not using WoW. Other moves can be Substitute for the SubSeed combo we all know and hate/love, Sunny Day to up the speed for a faster sleep or Seed.

Triple Powder/Annoyer:
Pyrvie @ Wide Lens/Focus Sash
252 HP, 252 Speed, 4 SpA
Nature: Timid
Ability: Chlorophyll
Sleep Powder
Will-o-Wisp
Stun Spore
Flamethrower/Sunny Day/Substitute

When played right, this set can be frustrating to say the least. When the sun starts shining, this set starts throwing around status like a twister. Sleep or Burn something first, or Sub, if anticipating a switch. Throw Stun Spore at fast sweepers, WoW at physicals and Sleep pretty much whatever else. Until your Sun runs out your opponent will be pulling hair out of their head.

Counters:
Heatran tends to do well, assuming it can avoid any random HPs it might yield. Salamence can take anything from the SD set with Intimidate, and some things from the Sunny set, though avoid the HP Ice variants. Moltres would have the capabilities, though Stealth Rock hinders it's ability to take it. Considering his neutrality to almost everything, using his own sun against him can be useful, espcially if it's STAB'd to back it up.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Maybe it's a bit too perfect. Meh. We'll see. I'm pretty sure I missed something here.

This is cool. I've faked bjillions of stuff before but never had any sort of thought behind it. I'll definitely be posting later ^_^

Do we have to be completely competitive about these? Or can they be posted simply for design and originallity? If so, my awesome fan-game is dead so I guess I'll get my main legendary from there:

Name: Deteun(Picture here. The art wasn't made by me, so don't compliment me on it)
Types: Dragon/Psychic
Ability: Pressure
Species: Destiny pokemon
Data: A pokemon born in a chaotic realm to serve an ancient prophecy, and make sure it follows through at all costs. It diverts most of it's power from this realm and can use it to even teleport across ours.

Stats:
HP: 90
ATK: 105
DEF: 95
SP ATK: 145
SP DEF: 105
SPD: 140

Unfortunately the moveset involved fake moves too:)/). I guess I'll work around that and post the set later.

Ferricate @ Life Orb/Silk Scarf
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/Speed, 4 HP
Ability: Scrappy
Moves:

- Super Fang
- Frustration
- Superpower
- Me First

Ferricate, as you might have gathered from the name, is an evolution of Raticate. Just how Raticate evolves is still a mystery, but that's irrelevant.

The basic gist of this set; send him out on something he threatens, Super Fang the counter, and wreck them with a powerful STAB Frustration. Scrappy allows him to hit potential Ghost-types coming to wreck his day. His super speed makes him a solid user of Me First, hitting potential counters hard. The EVs let him tie with the other base 130s out there, and Attack is maximized to maximize sweeping potential.

That is so cool. It almost looks like an angel. :)

I am highly impressed with it's extensive TM capabilities,
and did you draw that picture of it because that's really
nice-looking. It should have a special move it can learn,
and maybe unlike regular Eevee, it can learn Wish automatically.
The special move could be something like Angel Wing or something...
Another idea is it should learn Roost as part of it's attacks. I don't
know why I prefer that for some reason, but I really like the idea. ;)

^It learns Wish already (as part of it's Basic Moves).

I was thinking of Hurricane..but I decsided not to.

Moves:

-Dragon Dance
-Earthquake / Outrage / Superpower
-Roost / Outrage / Superpower

*Signature Move:
Dark Drive
Dark-Type, Physical, 120 Power, 95 Accuracy, 5 PP (8 MAX.)
The user draws darkness into its body and drives itself into the foe at high speed. May harshly lower the opponent's Defense. (30% Chance)

Just basically a sweeper. Dragon Dance up and sweep away. Roost to recover the damage of Life Orb, if needed.

^definitely an uber. Dark/Dragon is a devastating type combo there, plus it's STAB is OP. I don't have a clue what would be able to beat it. 120/85/85 is massive defensively and 160/100/130 is incrediable o_0 Get out Mewtwo, Wylvern is in town.

LV, where are the stats? It's not a Pokemon without the stats.

PMJ that thing is awesome :> Dies to Mach Punch so easily. THat'll make Technitop so much more used.

Magma King, that thing has the worst offensive typing but nukes half of Ubers with it's speed and Attack. Unless it's movepool doesn't include Ice Beam.

Lieutenant Houndoom said:

That I don't know (as I'm no good at them).
Maybe someone can do it for me?

Meh. Pride and I had 95/110/60/65/65/130.

Rather basic. Jolteon, effectively in Flying form.

Your movepool is highly unreliastic. Nobody has seven consecutive Flying moves naturally. Neither do that have such strong movepools. For an Eeveelution it doesn't look very realistic.

I don't know much about CAP, but if you're posting it in Fan Creations, you'll be attracting the wrong crowd. I do think that this should go into DPPt.

This is the correct forum.

I intended that because in the general fan gaming community there's so many legendarys that are absolutely unstoppable sweepers. Things like 30 HP but 2558874 Attack and Speed bugged me.

The moveset's a very vast one, I never decided on TMs but the likes of Flamethrower and Ice Beam were in mind. I just needed some way to stop it from being completely perfect. Oh, and it was supposed to be Dragon/Psychic, sorry! D:

Still, I guess I'll try a movelist:
1. Slash
1. Rock Tomb
5. Shadow Claw
10. Protect
21. Double Edge
35. Nasty Plot
37. Comet Bomb
44. Shadow Bolt
45. ExtremeSpeed
52. Beacon Beam
59. Draco Meteor
61. Astro Missile
75. Chaos Blast
100. Hyper Beam

TMs/Tutors of any use:
Swords Dance
Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Earthquake
Hidden Power
Calm Mind
Dragon Pulse

If anybody could try and make a moveset out of this, I'd be very thankful.

Can't make sets without knowing what the moves do.

"Astro Missile" is exactly one character too long.

Gagh, I knew I forgot something! :p
Astro Missile should be AstroMissile, sorry.

Move: Comet Bomb
Type: Steel
P/S/O: P
Power: 80
Accuracy: 100
Effects: None
The user thrusts itself at the enemy with powerful force.

Move: AstroMissile
Type: Steel
P/S/O: S
Power: 110
Accuracy: 40
Effects: Each time AstroMissile misses, the accuracy and power increases by 10. Like the opposite of a move like Rollout, it will continue until it hits.
The user hurls sharp metal fragments at the enemy, each time getting bigger and faster.

Move: Shadow Bolt
Type: Dark
P/S/O: S
Power: 90
Accuracy: 100
Effects: None
A powerful attack composed of Dark energy.

Move: Beacon Beam
Type: Light
P/S/O: S
Power: 120
Accuracy: 80
Effects: None
A huge ray of light is used to attack the enemy, causing massive damage.

Move: Chaos Blast
Type: ???
P/S/O: S
Power: 150
Accuracy: 90
Effects: Needs recharging after use. The attack is neutral on everything. Deteun gains STAB from this attack.
An extreme blast of otherworldly power.

Light:
SE: Dark, Ghost, Psychic.
NE: Fire, Grass, Steel.
Weak to: Dark, Steel.
Resistant to: Psychic.
Immune to: Ghost.

If you want, take Light out of the equation and ignore Beacon Beam.
