I would do 3 5 IV Pokemon for an ability capsule.
However I don't need any atm, I do need some other items though if you are interested in that.

I'd want Swinub, larvitar, and togepi.

I'm trying to get more items myself, I lost a couple forgetting I had them on and getting stuck in a trainer battle... SO I need to replace the 2 I lost and get 2 that I want. So it'd be a while before I could get extra items :/

Would you accept my Shiny Ferroseed and Choice Specs for 5 IV Swinub and 5 IV Togepi (preferably female Swinub, Togepi doesn't matter since I know how hard those are to get. :p)?

Well 3 IV pokemon for the capsule.
I feel the Toxic Orb isnt able to get anything alone. Could you throw in another 16 BP item? Like the Flame Orb?
If not I could use a shiny stone.
