Dolphin's Fakes: Classic Evolutions

For Mareep, the body should say "does damage to Mareep", not "inflicts damage on Mareep".
For Flaaffy, for the second attack it should say "choose 1 of..." not "choose one of"; you always put the number and not spell the word out.
For Ampharos, the power should state "once during your turn", not just "during your turn".

Other than that the cards look okay; I feel as if the artwork's a bit mediocre but that can't really be helped, I suppose. They look good all the same though, as usual.

That's probably it. Ampharos is one of my favorite Neo Pokemon! Mareep is adorable too! =]

Loving that logo. Artwork's pretty nice as well, except that in this case the picture looks like it was tacked on top of the background; the Sentret and Furret look like they're over the picture instead of a part of it. That's really it, though; the rest of the card looks fine. I guess in this case it's just an issue of what picture was used.

In terms of artwork, DNA's nailed pretty much most of it. However, concerning Sneasel, shouldn't the wording for the first attack be "Both players take all of their face-down Prize cards and put them face-up," based off of Gallade SW's wording. Also, a format thing, can you just directly link to the picture rather than the DA link? Saves time on my slow desktop. ^_^"

I really like the outline of these cards. Feraligatr's artwork is nice, and all of these look well done. Good name for a set as well. Keep up the good work!

Hmmm..I do see what you're saying about the backgrounds. I really can't find any decent backgrounds that match the style of the Pokemon artwork...I shall look harder! =D

You mean like the download link? I only want to upload them to DA because I get comments and stuff. xD And I based the wording of Sneasel's attack from another card; older card though. I'll have to find which one.

EDIT: Does Sentret look any better? I found a "smudge-ier" background.

To match the background used in the Classic and Neo-era cards, try messing around with the filter effects in your graphics program. In Photoshop, Watercolor helps create a smudgy effect similar to what Sugimori art is found on. Hope this helps!

Also, what I think Zyflair means is using the direct link. In your browser, just right-click on the card and get the image URL.

Oh my goodness. That artwork is amazing. It blends into the card almost seamlessly, especially on the right (holofoil) version. I absolutely love it! I almost feel like I want to use that as an avatar somewhere.

Of course, the wording isn't perfect, but that's why I'm here! :D

Time Warp: It's (before your attack). Also, the wording would be for the remainder "If heads, you may search your discard pile for any 1 card, show it to your opponent, and put it on top of your deck."

Time Circle: There shouldn't be a comma after Celebi, and right before the word "Stage 1", the word "opponent's" is missing an N.

The dex entry's a bit small though, but the wording's fine. Overall, I think the card is fantastic!

As in, whether to have the wings bounce out more? #2 does look like the better card on first glance, but the style seen in #1 isn't very often seen. I personally like #1 more for the sheer difference factor, but I think in this case it comes down to personal preference.

I haven't seen this thread in a while and I was wondering when it was going to come back; glad to see the new update looks fantastic!

I mostly agree with DNA on this. Problem is (as you probably already know) is how the card type symbol overlaps with the picture in that case. Then again, it could not be considered a problem at all. XD

Hoping to see you come by again.

Interesting choice making Lugia Psychic/Water -- the blended background works well.

Hmm... I see what you guys are saying, so I made 2 different versions! xP

It was kind of hard choosing which types to go with. I consider Lugia to be Psychic, water/ice, and flying. I ended up with Psychic and Water because blue and purple look so good together. :p

Um... CMP asked for the (our) right wing to be the one that gets bordered, because it overlaps with the type symbol. :p
