Is it a Pokemon Power or a Poke-Body?

Also, the wording should be "Whenever Pupitar is damaged by an opponent's attack (after applying Weakness and Resistance), reduce that damage by 10. This power stops working if Pupitar is affected by a Special Condition." In addition, if it is a Poke-Body, that last sentence is not necessary.

Free retreat on Pupitar, nice.

Loved all this concept! You made the blanks by yourself? They're beautiful and unique. Really liked how you made GSC legendaries as shining Pokémon.

Ah, your Pupitar artwork is from a brazillian graphics designer, guikao. Should add that to the illustrator credit :)

On Espeon's Pokemon Power, it should say "you may choose an Energy card" etc., because it isn't mandatory.
On Umbreon's Pokemon Power, it should say "choose" and not "take" a basic Energy card.
Also, use "can't" instead of "cannot" in both those instances.

As far as artwork goes these are really nice; the foil design and the artwork themselves look prettiful :D
although on the bottom of the foil pattern, I can see the plusses seem to keep getting repeated, as if you're tiling the pattern over and over? (if that made any sense.)

Ohh, yeah. I see what you mean with the foil. I copied the pattern once because it covers about half the art box, but now that you point it out, I can't stand the repeating. xD I shall fix it!

I haven't made blanks for use yet. I do plan to in the future though! =] Right now, I use Photoshop files and piece everything together. The board border still has its own layer. xD

It's a Poke-body, but the Neo era cards always spelled out 'Pokemon', so that's why it's spelled out. =] I guess I could just make them all Pokemon Powers.

In the Neo era, everything was a Pokémon Power. It was only during the EX series that the split happened to differentiate. You probably want to change them to Pokémon Powers.

Now for this new batch!

On Furret's Find a Friend, the accent on Pokémon is missing. Same thing with Spinarak's attack.
On Ariados's Sticky Web, I'd probably change the last sentence to say "If you do, the new Defending Pokémon is now Poisoned."

I don't think I see any problems other than that, except that the pictures this time feel a little...sub-par? or maybe it's just me, I don't know. Great job nonetheless, however!

~So wait, you can use Togepi's Pokemon Power at the start of EVERY TURN? of BOTH PLAYERS? for FREE? That's broken.
~On Togetic's Pokemon Power Joy Dust, there are three small mistakes. First, it should start "Once during your turn"; the way you have it now says it has unlimited uses. Second, it should say "search your deck for any card" - showing it to your opponent is actually not required in instances such as these (look at any card that just has you search your deck for cards). Look at the wording for Computer Search. Third, it's shuffle your deck "afterward", not "afterwards".

As for Togepi, I completely see what you're saying. Would it work if it was worded like this, "Once during your turn (before you attack), you may flip a coin. If heads, place 2 damage counters on your opponent's Benched Pokemon in anyway you like. This power can't be used if Togepi is Asleep, Confused or Paralyzed."

Would it make it better yet if I added something that made your turn end after you used the power, or would that be too much? I don't play, but I think ending the turn may not work as well? I don't know. xP

That would probably work, yes. "Once during your turn, before your attack, flip a coin; if heads, put 2 damage counters blahblahblah. Either way, your turn ends." Look at neo Elekid and model that wording.

That's identical to the Great Encounters Togekiss for the most part, you do realize that?
