In typical final boss fashion, I think Sandstorm will just make things worse. You're better off to Dragon Claw, and this time not on Togepi.
 
Yea, Sol would have been, but as a healer, he would still have had to heal/revive more pokemon per turn than is worth. For a healer, the party's health is your health
 
bbninjas uses Magical Leaf on Togepi, but the Petals completely block the attack!

Jabberwock does nothing!

quakingpunch73 uses Dragon Rage on Lilligant, but he can't see through the petals and targets Seir, who sucker Punches him, dealing 30 damage!

quakingpunch73 fainted!

double o squirtle uses Aerial Ace on Lilligant's Parasol, but Lilligant closes it and smacks him with it, dealing 2 damage! Lilligant opens it and floats away from double o squirtle!

Celever does nothing!

TheDivingSeel does nothing!

simsands uses Energy Ball on lilligant, but it misses and hits the wall, dislodging some rubble that hits double o squirtle and thedivingseel, dealing 10 damage to both of them!

Skyleaf2000 uses Rock Climb to climb the wall and SMASH into Lilligant, but she can't see Lilligant, so she just hangs onto the wall!

TheFlyingPidove revives Plasma Dragon! Plasma Dragon is revived!

Vracken uses Flash Cannon on Togepi, but it misses!

Keeper of Night uses Psycho Cut on Togepi, but the petals partially stop the attack, so Togepi takes 5 damage!

professorlight focuses, grabs Togepi Telekinetically, and commands him to shoot Lilligant three times! Lilligant ducks behind double o squirtle, so the shot is aimed at double o squirtle! It's a One-hit KO! Lilligant then flies away, and the second and third shots bounce into the wall!

Pikamasterjesi uses thundershock on Togepi, but misses!

Togepi reloads the gun!

That is IT. I'm taking that thing, and after I'm done with you, your type will be "lead", not "fairy"!

I'm going to singlehandedly give the pokemon world a good reason to promote gun control measures, if it's the last thing I do!
 
Wait...

Someone needs to try stealing the gun. Why don't three of us attempt that? Togepi will probably shoot all three of us in typical final boss fashion, but then we can just bug the clerics to revive us.

I'm doing that. You use an electric attack on lilligant; if you're above her, her umbrella should act like a lightningrod. Or, do something else, just stay away from togepi.

This is personal now.

Do you think you could fly-carry dedenne up to the parasol? as I said, if she was up there and used discharge, the parasol should focus all the damage on whoever is holding it. She either gets fried or drops it, which would end her annoying floating and would let us get the parasol.
 
If we were to do that, one of us Electric-types would have to pick it up for safety precautions. I'd be willing to do that.
