Regardless where is the future dragon soft bird?

@Keeper of Night I would like to wait for signs of Swablu, battle, screams, etc then rush towards them (I am pretty sure Disarming Voice would be a pretty solid way of identifying that something is amiss)

Chimchar and Cutiefly decide to head further into the darkness. But instead of Swablu, they find two Deino fighting over a scrap of meat. They seem too distracted to notice the arrival of the two new Pokemon. They may be able to escape unnoticed if they head back.

You guys sure have been busy! From what I can glean, we have a uh, a hole. And a cave. And we're choosing whether to go into the hole or the cave? Also, I hear there's something about a compass? Who has the compass rn, and do they feel like entrusting it to me? :3

There's two of us, and can't you hit both with Dazzling Gleam? I say we crouch down so they can't see us and soften them up with our ranged attacks. Then we can easily finish them off.

Quick summary for you @Celever

They are in search of Swablu, who got separated in the forest and ran into a Drifloon. The search party (Blakers & Yog) went in after her but instead have run into a pair of Deino that apparently they are planning to battle (perhaps they are hungry and want the scrap of meat the Deino are munching on? I don't know I'm a ghost and don't have such physical desires) :)

The rest of the party stayed at the original clearing and dug a hole, which then breached into a bigger hole/chasm, and we are exploring it now; to the left is a dead end and to the right the cavern continues on. Also to the right we heard a splash as if something has been disturbed by our presence. There used to be a humming sound coming from the ground, but haven't had an update on that in a bit.

All caught up?

I'm a little cold (thanks Vulpix) but none the worse for wear. For now. However, I do feel the need to remind whatever that weird splashing thing up ahead is that Spoinks are definitely not delicious. Even if we do dine on a lot of cupcakes... and acorns... and truffles.

*sigh*
