Alright, updated list at the bottom, thoughts at the top:
Seems like Henry, Gaius, Virion, and Gregor are our wins in the male category, unless someone makes a huge comeback from behind. Henry and Gaius are also pretty much locked in as Keeper and TT, respectively, and also Drohn making a cameo as Chrom. GM DracLord's got 2 votes for Gregor, and we have 2 single suggestions for Virion (One Approved and Cinesra).
The female category is more ambiguous. Maribelle and Tharja are clearly at the top so far, but the other 5 nominated females (Lissa, Sumia, Cherche, Cordelia, Nowi) are sitting at a single vote each. There's also not a single female with more than one vote for any particular member, though both Maribelle and Tharja have multiple nominations.
In the event of ties, I'll be using "likes" of posts as a tie-breaker, though that basically just means taking all of Keeper's suggestions because he went around spamming people to get them to like his post.

Yes, you get an extra vote but you can't just use it to boost your previous vote; that's entirely too silly.

And do try not to feel too bad about marrying off Nowi.

If you've played this game before, you know what's coming. It's time to choose support pairings between our PCs!
For those of your new to FE:A, click on the spoiler to read a bit about Fire Emblem's Support System and what special mechanics it offers for Awakening in particular:As characters in Fire Emblem fight side by side, they form closer bonds. In game mechanics terms, these characters build up "Support Points" (just like they gain EXP). When enough points are earned (and if the two characters are "compatible"), those characters unlock a Support, and there is an accompanying conversation between the two characters followed by a raise in Support rank. In addition to learning more about the characters via these Support conversations, Supports also offer advantages in battles, making the characters better at assisting each other in combat. The higher the Support rank, the higher the bonus.
The first Support rank gained between 2 characters is a C, then B, then A. For same-sex Supports (and some opposite-gender Supports, such as siblings) A is as high as you can go. However, for most opposite-gendered supports, there is one level higher: S. Characters who get an S Support with each other declare their love for each other and get married, awwwwwww.

Chrom and Athena - Out of necessity. I've never really cared for the Chrom x Avatar pairing, but it works best out of the options here.
Henry and Nowi - Henry's lighthearted, carefree personality contemplates Nowi's childlike demeanor very well. These two are adorable together, enough said.
Gaius and Tharja - Ah, these two. One of my favorite FE pairings. Both are equally crazy, but when they're together, they bring out the best in each other. I'm really pushing for this ship.
Gregor and Cherche - Long ago, Gregor saved Cherche's wyvern, Minerva, when she was just a hatchling. Their relationship develops thanks to this, and by the end they're amazing for each other.
Virion and Maribelle - A proper lord and a proper lady make the perfect pair of fancy lovers! Plus, Maribelle can keep Virion's flirtatious nature in check.
Oh, and did I mention that Gaius!Noire and Gregor!Gerome are the two best outcomes as far as skill sets and stats go?

Chrom x Athena: This is sorta compulsory imo. Plus Drohn x Athena works well
Cherche x Gregor: TT convinced me on this, because I think it could be super cute seeing their relationship develop over this wyvern.
Henry x Nowi: Stick the kiddies together, it could be cute.
Maribelle x Gaius: I think there could be some interesting synergy here, because Gaius is a felon and Maribelle is so posh she'd probably never dream of breaking the law! There's like no chemistry to start with, but it'll probably develop into something lol
Virion x Tharja: Virion is a slayer and Tharja is a "bad girl"... Just remember to keep things PG13 Athena, OK?

Henry and Nowi - I like the two's childish natures together, even if one's an ancient dragon and the other is a psychopath
Gregor and Tharja - Gregor's support with her was the one I liked the best, mostly because of the insight it gives to Gregor's character.
Gaius and Cherche - I'm fine with Cherche being paired with any of them, but I prefer Gaius. Gregor is good, too, but he's the best of the 4 options given for Tharja, imo, and I liked how Gaius and Cherche grew closer.
Maribelle and Virion - I like how their S rank support shows that they have a lot in common, being nobles, and how Virion's heart of gold grows on Maribelle. Gaius and Maribelle is fine, too.

Chrom (Drohn) x Athena (Athena): Both from the Netherlands, both former Super Mods (Drohn got a Master Seal while Athena used a Second Seal and then a Master Seal). Seems like it makes sense
