I value Deoxys EX FA at around $15, just to let you know. c: I like the sound of those 3 DCEs (hopefully the two from BS2 are in excellent condition or around there. The condition doesn't matter too much, I'll just be decking them), as well as the Rare Candies, Charmander, and N RH (don't really need any staples RH, I want to spare the expense, trading wise), but my RAC is nearly complete, so the only card I need from your haves is that Piplup. I need a few staples, but I don't think I'd want to trade my Deoxys for them.

Aw, well nothing else you list I really need, maybe you could take a look at my thread and see if you have any of the holo or RHs I want? I did look at the Base Set 2 DCE I have and they're in pretty good condition, no creases but some scuffing on the front you can only see when held at an angle and some edge wear. Curiously though one is significantly lighter than normal; I don't think either is a fake, just different ink from different print runs or me having it out in the sun too much, but it could be an issue if you don't use sleeves with opaque backs if it's considered marked.

I have an RH Terrakion that's in excellent condition. It has a tiny bit of edge wear on the back, but besides that it's perfect.
