Last post for the year! Happy New Years!

And with the New Year, I intend to get more chapters up for Feral Twilight and Biohazard, especially in the coming weeks. How about you guys?

I'm planning to complete revising the Soul of the Tiger and Shark Wars by the end of January. Happy New Years to all!

Same with my Fan-Fiction. I also have a WW thing to write up, too.

Three minutes before 2012 flies past and 2013 arrives. It has been a great year with you guys. Hopefully, we get more writers and content in the new year.

I plan on getting a few projects off the table too in the coming weeks. But for the moment, things are on-hold.

This has me thinking too. When will I come back here (or at least tone my work down enough)? It seems so long since I last wrote something not on Wordpad.

Happy New Year's to you all.

RE: Writer's Lounge

Hello,

I recently wrote a Pokemon fanfic, but I don't think it's particularly good; it's the first time that I've written with an OC as the protagonist. Do you think it would be worth me posting it here for some con-crit?

Go ahead. I'll critique it myself when I get time to.

Oh no's Incy is gonna take that thing down a new road :p

POST IT!!! If you look back at all of our first works, we probably sucked more than you did/do lol. If I'm home when you post it I'll get around to looking at it for you.

RE: Writer's Lounge

One of my goals for this year is to actually finish a novel. I don't know which one though. I might type up Project Mew and finish it up.

Thank you, I've posted it now. :)

Awesome dibs on critique'ing it first :D

It doesn't matter who does it first. I was planning to tomorrow regardless of who makes comments on it.

Quality over speed. It doesn't really matter if you critique something first or not, just so long as you do it well.

RE: Writer's Lounge

Guys what would you say if I posted all my work into one thread? Then deleted the old ones, leaving the WC less crammed with dead end fics??

I think that would be a horrible idea myself. It would be too crammed full of things. I'd just say reuse your old ones if possible.

RE: Writer's Lounge

That, and posts do have a limit about how many characters you can put into them. Down the road, it wouldn't work out.

RE: Writer's Lounge

If you must, invest in a story before posting it. Give yourself two or three (or even more!) chapters so that a thread will have more content, even if it later dies.

RE: Writer's Lounge

Yeah, I'm currently doing this so I won't tire of my story later on when I'm writing them; I'm trying DNA's method of writing in advance and see how it'll work out for me.
