Because its pretty much the only legend people actually used. it was part of an overhyped deck called Magneboar that everyone thought was great so RDL's price skyrocketed but Magneboar kinda flopped so RDL's price is slowly going down.

$90 to $130... eBay pricing. I'd say it's pretty accurate. Seems to be a very rare card.

It was really shortprinted and hard to find. There are very few of them out there...I think I've heard something like 1,000 exist, but don't quote me on that.
