WPM:

Base stats:

HP: 150
Attack: 150
Defense: 20
Speed: 140
SAttack: 150
SDefense: 20

Ability: Wonder Guard
Type: Water
Tier: Uber

Standard set: Sweep!

WPM @ Leftovers
Nature: Caring (I know, it's not a game Nature.)
Ability: Wonder Guard
EVs: 4 HP, 252 Sp.Atk, 252 Speed

-Surf
-Thunder
-Ice Beam
-Protect

Kyogre, step aside! There's a new master of the ocean, and his name is WPM. This supreme Uber works well with the Oceanic Ubers Manaphy and Kyogre, and totally owns the Uber battle scene with his caring yet powerful battle style. (I dunno. I just felt like doing this. xD )

Rory:

HP: 200
Attack: 80
Defense: 120
Speed: 20
SpAttack: 80
SpDefense: 120

Ability: Scripting (After 3 turns of being in play, Rory can use any move known to Pokémon; Rory is invulnerable to Sweet Kiss)
Type: Water
Tier: Uber

Standard set: Trick Room

Rory @ Leftovers
Nature: Sassy (lolol)
Ability: Scripting
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp.Defense, 4 Defense

- Trick Room
- Splash

His nature should be Physical Kiss.

SONICMOJ

HP: 100
Atk: 70
Def: 90
Speed: 50
Satk: 85
Sdef: 80

Ability: Spam
Type: Dark/Fighting
Tier: UU

Standard set: Spam, Stall and Sweep

SONICMOJ @ Leftovers
Ability: Spam
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sattack, 4 speed

-NastyPlot
-Lolling Kick
-Dark pwn
-Hyper Voice

SONICMOJ doesn't have spectacular offensive stats, but he tends to stick around with his pretty solid defenses. The idea is simple enough: set up and sweep.

Lolling Kick is not boosted by NastyPlot, but since it is guaranteed to cause confusion it can put one of your counters out of commision before you start setting up. For example, if you catch an incoming HeavenlySpoon with lolling kick, you will be able to finish it off with a nasty plot HyperVoice.

Dark Pwn will be your main method of attack, and has a nice base power of 150 after STAB. HyperVoice is only used because SONICMOJ's movepool is very poor and lacks anything else as a filler (even hiddenpower), but it makes an OK answer against fellow dark types and Naughty HolyStar.

bacon said too many people were making ubers, so here's one for bl sorry bacon she is game-breaking. You understand right? :(

Light Venusaur:

Base stats:

HP: 255
Attack: 3
Defense: 255
Speed: 255
SAttack: 2
SDefense: 255

Ability: Alchemist (Cannot be Skill Swapped, Traced, Role Played, or negated through Gastro Acid. Grants immunity to Taunt. Allows bearer to bypass standard immunities. Randomly rearranges stats between turns. If 180 points are put into Attack, they must come from a different stat. (That's how Equal Exchange works.))

Type: Grass/Poison
Tier: BL BU (beyond uber, like a +6/6 Glaceon)

Standard set: Annoyer

Light Venusaur @ Leftovers
Nature: Hardy
Ability: Alchemist
EVs: 252 HP, the rest is irrelevant

- Double Team
- Leech Seed/Refresh
- Toxic
- Recover

Strategy: Alchemist is a great ability, making Light Venusaur's COMPLETELY SUPPORT movepool immune to the devastating effects of Taunt. Due to her base stat total, however, she can't learn very many strong attacks - things like Absorb and Constrict. Her real strength lies in her ability to annoy the daylights out of her opponents. The strategy is simple - ANNOY ANNOY ANNOY. Once Light Venusaur comes into play, there's no getting rid of her. Alchemist also lets her hit Grass-types like Leafeon with Leech Seed and Poison-types with Toxic, so no matter what defense you mount against her, she will never be defeated. Her Grass-type (like Leafeon) stops you from leeching her gigantic HP stat, and her Poison-type stops you from draining her HP with Toxic. You can try to burn her, but if she's got Refresh, you're in for a tough fight (that you'll lose anyway).

Sasarai

Base stats:

HP: 85
Atk: 110
Def: 50
Speed: 85
Satk: 100
SDef: 50

Ability: Risk Break (Any attacks done to/made by Sasarai are 100% accurate, and never score a critical hit)
Type: Fire
Tier: BL

Standard set: Mixed sweeper

Sasarai @ LifeOrb
Nature: Naive/Hasty
Ability: Risk Break
EVs: 252 speed, 152 Sattack, 104 attack

-FireBlast
-FocusBlast
-ThunderPunch
-ShadowSneak/Willowisp

While Sasarai's special attack is decidedly average, the amazing Risk Breaker ability allows it to pose just as much of a threat as many top tier sweepers thanks to being able to effectively use moves with a much higher base power.

FireBlast is Sasarai's most potent attack and should be your main choice of offense. Your other two attacks should be backing up FireBlast in terms of coverage: FocusBlast hurts Rock types and is your best weapon against defensive DukeFireBird, while thunderpunch hits water types.

ShadowSneak is generally a handy option for finishing off weakened opponents, and is a good insurance against the popular reversal variant of Elite_Riku. If you feel it is not needed though, will-o-wisp is also a very good choice thanks to the Risk Breaker ability, and can be used to make d_master think twice about switching in and setting up a dragon dance.

Haha this is a great idea for a thread, I don't know enough about competive battling to rate anyone well but if someone would do me it would be much appreciated ;)

BTW, could I do Dex Data, Gender ratio, height and weight etc too?

GODZILLA

HP: 70
ATK:70
DEF:70
SP ATK:70
SP DEF:70
SPD: 70

Ability: Partner reliance
Power is doubled in double battles, and halved in singles.

Movesets can be from walls to sweepers for this pokemon, although it's essentialy useless when not in a double. XD

... One of me would be nice XD

Penny Power
HP: 60
ATK: 50
DEF: 60
SP ATK: 50
SP DEF: 40
SPD: 60

Ability: Air Lock
Item: Choice Specs.
MoveSet:
~Sunny Day
~Sandstorm
~Rain Dance
~Hail

Completely for show. Rather annoying too. Used as a way to get a laugh.
(Here to stop him from begging.)

But... Zilla has so much potential! Pfft. If you guys are going to be lazy about these then it's Ok to re-use them, I think. :p

Godzilla, Quantum Pokemon.

Base Stats:

HP: 81
Atk: 121
Def: 101
Speed: 71
SAtk: 81
SDef: 91

Type: Rock/Psychic
Ability: Quanta Block (Attacks with a base power of 40 or lower have no effect on Godzilla)
Tier: OU

Standard set: 2v2 Sweeper

Godzilla @ LumBerry/LifeOrb
Ability: Quanta Block
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 atk, 252 speed, 4 hp

-DragonDance
-Earthquake
-StoneEdge/RockSlide
-Taunt/SafeGuard

This is your typical Zilla set, mainly focused on all out offense and doing heavy damage before your opponent has time to counter attack. Zilla is more difficult to stop than typical sweepers thanks to his Quanta Block ability, which protects it from the likes of BulletPunch and AquaJet. If this was not enough, it also makes Zilla immune to the omnipresent fake-out, making it an ideal lead in 2v2.

DragonDance is an excellent move in the offense driven metagame of 2v2, and fires Godzilla's attack sky high. Earthquake is there for solid damage against both opponents, and should be backed up by one of Zilla's STAB rock attacks.

Your final move depends on the kind of team you are playing. If you fear the likes of TrickRoom and RainDance, then Taunt can help you handle those teams (Zilla needs to be one of your opening Pokemon for this to work well, so give him LumBerry to avoid sleep leads). Safeguard will protect Zilla from the confusion effect of your own swaggers, as well as all status conditions (none of which Zilla is particularly fond of).

Max speed with a jolly nature allows Zilla to outrun Adamant KG and all versions of Zyflair (minus the scarf set). You can drop the speed and invest some EVs into HP so you outrun timid Pride after a dragondance.

:)

Kevin Garrett:

Base stats:

HP: 80
Attack: 110
Defense: 50
Speed: 65
SAttack: 65
SDefense: 110

Ability: Reckless
Type: Electric/Fire
Tier: OU

Standard set: Selfdestruction

Kevin Garrett @ Choice Band
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Attack, 4 Speed

- Volt Tackle
- Flare Blitz
- Hi Jump Kick
- Head Smash

As you can see, Kevin is extremely offensive. The item and set reflect this by causing INSANE AMOUNTS OF PAIN to both himself as well as the opponent! ^_^ It's not currently known why Kevin can learn Head Smash as well as Hi Jump Kick. Perhaps it's because they hurt you, too. Perhaps it's because he's a dirty ape. Or perhaps it's a mixture of both. No one will ever know.

Noobnerd

Base stats:

HP: 130
Attack: 105
Defense: 100
Speed: 95
SAttack: 100
SDefense: 70

Ability: Klutz
Type: Shadow/Ghost
Tier: OU

Standard set: Physical sweeper.

Noobnerd @ nothing
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Klutz
EVs: 252 Attack, 200 Speed, 58 Defense

- Shadow Sky
- Shadow End
- Shadow Sneak
- Shadow Claw

Noobnerd is a very enigmatic Pokemon. He is Shadow/Ghost in type - the only one of his kind, so he is doomed to a life of loneliness. His base stat total is very high, but his ability stops him from using any item. Shadow Sky damages everyone not named Noobnerd for five turns. Shadow End is a powerful STAB option, but it is relatively inaccurate. Shadow Claw is a solid substitute should you not like that set. Shadow Sneak offers priority and can nab a KO on a weakened Pokemon.

He still can't touch Light Venusaur, though.

It's not exactly a member but... I had to do it.

Be very afraid.

GRANNY, the annihilation Pokemon.

Base stats:

HP: 140
Attack: 150
Def: 110
Speed: 20
Sattack: 40
Sdef: 120

Ability: Supreme (GRANNY has no weakness)
Type: Steel/Dark
Tier: Uber

Standard set: Death

GRANNY @ Leftovers
Nature: Brave
Ability: Supreme
EVs: 252 HP, 252 atk, 4 def
IVs: 0 speed

-TrickRoom
-GyroBall
-RollingPin
-Crush

GRANNY is the second most destructive Pokemon in the game.

Nothing is safe. After a TrickRoom, your only hope is to stall it out with protect and fakeout.

Gyroball is a no brainer on a trickroom set and rips up most pokemon in the uber tier. Crush, a dark type attack with a base power of 225 factoring in STAB, kills everything else.

Nobody really knows what RollingPin does, because anyone who sees the attack in action instantly dies of terror. All we know is that it's awesome.

Her final move, Sweet Kiss, is used to attract people. It has been used successfully many times, one example of a victim being d master.

Aha..hahahah.

I might have to do one of these later.

Kronar

Base stats:

HP: 60
Attack: 40
Def: 55
Speed: 70
Sattack: 60
Sdef: 40

Ability: Man-crush (Cannot be Skill Swapped. If partner is Rory in 2v2, all stats double, but bearer is afflicted with Attract status. Bypasses normal Attraction prevention techniques.)
Type: Normal/Dragon
Tier: NU

Standard set: Hit

Kronar @ Choice Specs
Nature: Timid
Ability: Man-crush
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp.Atk, 4 Defense

- Hyper Beam
- Dragon Pulse
- Magnet Bomb
- Kinesis

Kronar is an odd Pokemon - the moves listed are the only ones he can learn. He shines greatest in 2v2 play, where he can be a powerhouse when combined with Rory support; Kronar becomes so entranced by him that he can't focus, however. In singles, Kronar is very mediocre and likely will never see play outside of NU.
