It's tempting to class Myles as an all out sweeper looking at the base stats and excellent offensive movepool, but his true value is the ability to switch in with his excellent typing and scare off a variaty of dangerous sweepers.
Surf is the one move Myles must have no matter what. Not only does it do good damage, but the importance of being able to counter outrage D_master cannot be stressed enough. It's unlikely you'll find a better answer to this menace, so it's strongly recommended.
IceBeam and Thunderbolt can be switched around depending on your team needs. IceBeam is a good way of dispatching BlackRayquaza before he has time to set up, wheras Thunderbolt is a very good choice for beating bulky waters and incoming Gamercal.
RapidSpin is an excellent option for its rarity, and Myles doesn't mind switching in and out of StealthRock thanks to his typing and ability. This adds even further to his synergy with flying types, as Myles boasts the much needed rock and ice resist.
ModScreen is a move exclusive to Myles and works like a mix between CosmicPower and LightScreen (it raises both def. stats by one stage for 5 turns). It's an excellent support move, but may be dropped for one of the offensive attacks mentioned in the second slot if you feel like you don't need it.

Yeah... I think the experts might be able to tell what Pokemon I based this off (minus the ModScreen).
