I think you all realize that Water Pokemon Master hasn't said anything about getting a new moderator. It may be what this site needs, but that's up to him.

Well, more moderators = ZOMG.

Maybe WPM would not be able to have absolute control over his moderators.

If not, none of us are fit to be mods. :/

no, more mods wont do. more "mini-admins" will do the trick. these admins will be responsible for writing guides for newbies (since i heard WPM is so busy...).
