LOST. Epilogue synopsis posted! Don't read if you're too much of a wimp and don't like spoilers.

RE: LOST.

I don't really know. I don't think Jacob knew what was going to happen when some went into 'the light'. And, while he was so angry with his brother, he just told him: 'here it is, go get it, if you like, i don't want it, I don't want to protect it etc.'.
What really intruiged me was that young MIB was able to see his real (dead) mom, while Jacob couldn't.
If you think of Hurley, who is able to see dead people as well, I'm wondering what and how they are going to reveal that. Assuming that there IS a connection^^

Overall, I think this was an amazing episode, but for a full understanding I think we need those last few episodes!

RE: LOST.

Mark Pallegrino said in a recent interview with I believe Entertainment Weekly that he would appear to Jack soon. Since he's labeled as a guest star for 6x16, we can assume he'll be in there to talk to him. I wonder if he'll give Jack the "rite of initiation" Mother did.

This is interesting... http://www.hitfix.com/articles/2010-5-16-nestor-carbonell-and-henry-ian-cusick-tease-the-end-of-lost

Henry Ian Cusick and Nestor Carbonell were never going to tell a table of reporters anything about the ending of "Lost," but in Carbonell's case, he has a good excuse: He doesn't know.

The show's stars, including Cusick and Carbonell were given scripts containing 10 of 11 actors. Cusick received the 11th act, but Carbonell did not. [Yes, that's probably a spoiler regarding the presence, or lack thereof, of Desmond and Richard Alpert in the last act of "Lost." Perhaps. Or maybe not.]

"I never got the last act and I didn't ask for it after because I just really want to watch it with America how it ends," Carbonell explained at a Saturday (May 15) press day for many of the shows in the Disney-ABC empire. "I want to be surprised. I was happy with how they specifically with my character and with what I read about they resolved a lot of the dynamics of the characters. They did an amazing job and I'm looking forward to the final resolution."

Actually, there's some confusion as to whether or not Cusick does, in fact, know how "Lost" ends.

"I think in act 11 there is a secret scene that no one got," Cusick says. "Only the people who are in it, but nobody knows. Everyone is keeping very quiet about it."

That's pretty ambiguous, right?

Asking Cusick and Carbonell whether the finale will please "Lost" fans earned similarly ambiguous responses.

"What's great about the show is that there are so many talking points," Cusick says. "There are so many walks of life getting together to talk about the show and so many issues to be brought up and that's exactly what the ending will bring up. People will be talking about it for weeks afterwards and that's what the show has always done"

Adds Carbonell, "I think that's a really good point. It has people talking about Biblical themes, mythological themes and literature, science verses religion. The big questions in life -- incredible questions. At the heart of the show are these characters that they created, these really complex characters layered with so much misbehavior. No one is completely good and no one is completely evil. They are just well drawn out characters and that's the heart of the show. I think the finale, without giving anything away, will bring some resolution to a lot of the dynamics between those characters and relationships"

RE: LOST.

Lost- A great show. Too bad it's almost over. What do you guys think will happen next show, i think Jack's going to go get Desmond out of the well.

RE: LOST.

(Not so) Happy last week of LOST everyone! I can only assume how eager and depressed we are. Here are my predictions for tomorrow's episode:

-Jacob appears to all of the remaining candidates and tells them what's going on. Maybe Kate too if she's lucky.
-Widmore's crew will get screwed over. Probably Widmore too.
-Desmond takes care of unfinished business in the flashsideways with his special sidekick... Michelle Rodriguez?? Yeah, Ana-Lucia is returning, 99.9% likely in the flashsideways. Maybe she'll run him in for running over Locke (see what I did there?).
-We're not done with man of science and faith, Jack Shephard, and the horrible pilot John Locke.
-6 words: Michael Emerson, Nestor Carbonell, Ken Leung. They're all coming back. Which means, more Ben/Richard!!... and Miles. Seriously who cares about Miles, they killed Lapidus just kill him.
-Mira Furlan is also guest starring. :O
-So is Tania Raymonde obviously. It should be interesting to see if Ben the History Teacher meets Rousseau the not-so-crazy-moonlighting-mom-of-the-daughter-Ben-killed-on-the-Island.
-Previews for this episode showed Hurley talking to young Jacob, who took Jacob's ashes back to him. Innnnnnteresting.
-I didn't see Emilie de Ravin being credited for this episode for some reason. I don't see why she wouldn't be in it though.
-All hopes of Mr. Eko making a return have been shattered. No Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje guest-star. :[
-Possible SpoilersA friend of mine who went to LOST live (an event where Michael Giacchino, the composer of LOST, preformed several pieces for the show, and episode 6x16 "What They Died For" was aired early) didn't tell me hardly anything, other than "Island" and "boom". :S

Lots of stuff that will and might happen! What are your guys' theories? This is the last episode before the finale. So sad. :(

RE: LOST.

The Sneek Peeks show us that something will happen with the ash, when young-Jacob shows itself to Hurley.
I also think Saywer is going to get reckless because he blames himself for the deaths of Jin Sun Sayid and, probably, Lapidus. My prediction is that he'll die. Either this episode or in the finale.

RE: LOST.

MY KIND OF THREAD MAN.
Missed last week, but ill watch it on ABC beffore tonight.
Personally, the beginning of the new season sucked. It has gotton better now that things are explained, but before that, it was horrible.

RE: LOST.

Wow great episode, my theory for the next episode is that MIB will use Desmond to withstand the light Jack now guards. Then Desmond can use something to make the light explode. I'm really hoping for a great episode Sunday or this will have been 6 years of my life wasted.

That's actually a pretty good theory. I could totally see that happening.

Anyway, awesome episode once again. The end is near, everyone. It's so hard to believe, but in just four (I'm saying four because it's like an hour and a half away from being four) days, LOST will be finished, and we will all either be really satisfied, or really, really pissed.

RE: LOST.

Last ep. really was exciting :) Really wonderful. Finally some real answers, what they are doing and WHY.
I actually hope Richard ain't dead, but I think he probably is... That would be sad.
On the other hand. Ben is totally back in action :p

Can't wait for the finale, it's a shame they don't air it the same day here in the Netherlands. Even though that would be at 4a.m. xD
Than all of this superb masterpiece of television will be over... let's hope they'll please us what a great ending

RE: LOST.

*points at sig*

You know, I really don't know what I'm going to do Tuesday nights after LOST. Probably cry or something, or kill myself if the finale sucks.

SO, any finale predictions? :D

LOL!^^

I think that someone will turn the wheel and it will malfunction thus causing the island to sink.

I know, right.
HOPEFULLY it wont be that classical something stupid like a dream or a story.

RE: LOST.

They kill MIB (somehow) and live on the island for happily ever after.

dmaster out.

RE: LOST.

My prediction is that Jack is going to kill Smokey. I also predict that Ben will die somehow. I have a strong feeling that they are going to leave one answer which will make the audience go crazy.
