Lostgar [ Gengar (Prime) / Lost World ]

My friend won states with lostgar,fyi don't run mew prime, palmer's contribution,or vs. seeker,but run 1 azelf lv.x,4 twins,1 palkia G,1 palkia G lv.x,and1spiritomb from TH.
 
How is this deck looking come new rule changes? Will it make the deck better or worst? I am an old player looking to play again, and this was the main deck I was looking at. (Gengar is my Hero)
 
^well if you're running the mew version, not much changes. But you can set up first turn because of the supporters. letting you get your mew plus maybe an unown Q to retreat the active.
 
the new rules will make all decks faster...well the player that goes first. if i go first i have the advantage cause i can set up faster. so it doesnt matter which way you run it
