Jesi is not "less experienced". This is like her 5th game, and she's played more games than most people who have signed up for this game.
Jesi is the only person I have been "aggressive" towards. And I don't consider her an easy target because she has more experience than most of the people in this game.
Please provide examples of when I have buddied NP because I don't see it.
Look at who it's directed at. NinjaPenguin is more experienced than Jesi. It wasn't a general sense; it was clearly direct.
All of NP's contributions on Jesi are him trying to support you but because there aren't many points on her, he's reaching to an unsubtle extent.
How are those examples of me buddying?

Every Day 1 case requires some reaching. We don't have much to go off of.
Can other people step up their activity? The last post (with contribution) that was not made by me, Cel, Prof. P, Rainy, or Jesi was made ~45 hours ago.
Is it best to randomly lynch now, with a 20-30% chance of hitting scum (depending on the size of the scumteam), or is it best to find a good lead, to increase that chance?
We have no real evidence though. Behavioral changes could be cause by anything, not just mafia. People have their own real lives and events that happen in their life might influence their behavior online. What real evidence will we get by waiting? Admittedly, some behavioral changes could mean that someone is mafia, but that doesn't mean there are more or less likely to be mafia. Now, as the game progresses, and more things are done, if someone would do something like an important decision or something and they do it away from how they normally would, that would be a bit more scummy.
There are many scummy things that people can do. Any lead is better than nothing. In addition, by having a legitimate lynch with legitimate lynch candidates, we get potential info on players' alignments based on how they voted and the flip.
Agreed people can do many scummy things. I agree we can possibly get more information but it would not be very much, and probably not be game changing. I'd say one of the biggest things is figuring our if there was an indie group or no, or by some weird means figure out of there is a solo person. (Does that even exist in mafia online? I know IRL me and my friends have the "mason" but I don't know about online mafia games.)
This seems like a scum trying to shift attention off of scum hunting. Why is finding the presence/absence of an indie so important, and why will an early hammer help us determine it?
P.S. JSYK, indies are almost always solo. That why they're called independents in the first place.
Well it's just as important as finding the mafia, if they're the last alive, they win, just like mafia. I'm not saying an early hammer will help us I'm just saying we don't have very many options as of now. I don't believe thapere isn't that much scum hunting to do right now, but if you could give me some ways you can, maybe I could see why we should. I'm sorta new, so I'm still not familiar with the purpose of a Day 1, as IRL me and my friends always start at Night 1, and I think starting at Night 1 helps kick the game off a little quicker.

Of course. But Prof is pressuring people with p legit reasons and you feel the need to go absolutely OTT on the same people with barely-reasons. It doesn't make sense unless you and Prof are connected.

rainy is new town. RVS is great for forcing leads out of people and that's it; RVS'ing into Night 1 means we're still in RVS in Day 2.
Look at the master doc, where a lot of scumtells are listed. Try to point out players committing those scumtells. So far, the inactivity has been so extreme that we don't have much to analyze, but as more post and give their opinions, we can find more scumtells.

It was still an immense over-exaggeration. Fine, rainy said that thing. Jesi's post was in response to it. "New players might read Jesi's post and immediately think it's OK to hammer", however, isn't feasible. Townies have doubt -- new townies have immeasurable doubt. To think they would place that much trust in Jesi's post is nothing but unguided to the highest degree.
I really feel that after the voting incident with Pika and Palutena, this escalated to a level that we could use to do a proper lynch. I think RVS is over.
