@PikaMasterJesi, you are the second most influential member of the scattered wagon. Yet you have only echoed Camo. What do you think is the single most important part of scattered's case -- why should I vote for him?
Swear to god I oughta have subtitled this game "bb, Camo, and Celever Fun Time"
Actually I think Jesi and scattered have probably posted more than me and bb this game... either way it sure is fun! :U

I think the single most important point on this case is how differently he's been playing from Mafia 33. I don't know how Scattered plays when he's scum (which probably doesn't help that much), but he isn't playing like the Scattered I know.

...Oh.

If you guys know anyone who could be a sub, please send them my way.

How is he playing differently? Talk me through it.

Okay scattered's megapost has swayed me into giving him the benefit of the doubt. And it's possible we may learn some more from a TGK lynch than one on scattered, although I don't know how I feel about going after someone who won't be able to defend themselves at the moment...

It's not like he didn't have a chance to answer.

I'm talking about since his "break". If we go after him now he'd basically be coming back to the game lynched. I'm very aware of his dodgy behavior as of late.
But he had the opportunity to answer and posted several times in that opportunity. If he wanted to respond he would've done, so it's unnecessary to feel guilty about it.

TGK had his chance to defend himself, and chose to ignore people. I have defended and, as you say, made fair points against the case on me. At this point of the day, it is me or tgk.. You have 2 options. The one who ignored the case on him, and the one who defended and made logical reasons why the case on him is bad.

I'm going to base this completely off memory, so please excuse if I've made any errors.

In Mafia XXXVI, scattered still asked lots of questions, but he was more direct and added contribution alongside his questions. The best example of him contributing (in my opinion) was when the last day had rolled around and scattered was being direct with Reinforce, demanding he vote him and say "I am town", and then following that where he and I had used that and the safe claim list against him to pin him as the last scum. He was playing very well there, also in my opinion. However, this game (and to an extent, last game too, because even though he was lynched early he wasn't playing strongly what with his dumbtelling and all that), he's changed a bit. He still asks questions as per normal, but he hasn't been adding (as much?) contribution with them and has been acting differently from how I normally see him, which is calm, collected, and logical with his posts. He seems a bit more panicky and like he's dodging questions to me (though that may be a result of the case/pressure against him).

In response to what Celever and KX have said about my echoing Camo: I left this out earlier because of possible AtE, but I was under the impression that I was actually helping.

As for the TGK case, I feel like we should wait until when he gets back today to pursue a lynch on him. I'd just feel really guilty voting him out without giving him a chance to explain himself. I do agree that it's valid and is something worth considering today, but I want to give him a chance to come back, explain himself, and after that added evidence see if he's a better lynch than Scattered.

Well I just said I was not going to vote on you, and that TGK would be a better vote, so I'd clearly be voting for TGK regardless. He just left at a horrible time (also convenient time), and I was just unsure about going to lynch for someone who isn't even here today. But y'all are right in that he did have the chance to do so when his case was first brought up.

Read those last posts of Celever's and scattered's as I just had the same concern.

Your example from that game is from the very late game, where I had an OP ability to easily find out if Reinforce is scum or not. Thus, of course I will have a more direct approach than now in D2 with overall low activity from the majority of players.
I am very calm. But, as I have said, I am not good at staying calm under Camoclone's twistings. It has happened before btw, same D2, where I was town.

This is where your point loses credit. Mafia is a game of different phases (the actual term, in mafia phase also means a particular day or night but y'know). You're talking about scattered's play in the late game, but this doesn't mean much when trying to draw links with his play in the early game.
and scattered was being direct with Reinforce, demanding he vote him and say "I am town",
This is for a role use. There hasn't yet been a situation which you can parallel in this game.
and then following that where he and I had used that and the safe claim list against him to pin him as the last scum. He was playing very well there, also in my opinion.
He was playing using public information, and scattered is very good at being rational and using public role info to its best use. There hasn't been an opportunity to do this yet... it's Day 2.
However, this game (and to an extent, last game too, because even though he was lynched early he wasn't playing strongly what with his dumbtelling and all that), he's changed a bit.
So if, since the game you're using as a benchmark, he has already changed, why is it scummy for him to change again? That doesn't make any sense.
He still asks questions as per normal, but he hasn't been adding (as much?) contribution with them
But he has. He's been adding large amounts of contribution and commentary about the answers to his questions, such as when he voted for quaking, a post he quoted a couple pages ago. This is a substantial amount of contribution for this early on in the game.
and has been acting differently from how I normally see him, which is calm, collected, and logical with his posts. He seems a bit more panicky and like he's dodging questions to me (though that may be a result of the case/pressure against him).
He didn't have a case ever really made on him in the game you're referring to, so again this is an incomparable situation. Flawed logic etc. etc..
In response to what Celever and KX have said about my echoing Camo: I left this out earlier because of possible AtE, but I was under the impression that I was actually helping.
It's great that you were trying to contribute, but new thoughts are always more valuable than reskinned thoughts from other people. :p

We've given him one or two days iirc.

Oh, how convenient. v__v
And no comment on your case at all. Nothing.

Scattered sounds genuine to me, I don't think he's the optimal lynch for today.

TGK on the other hand has conveniently disappeared with no internet. In addition to all the pressure already on him.

A townie would have defended with whatever chance he had.

TGK avoided my point on him and ignored my questions, despite having posted since I asked it. And there are no good lynches today, so let's roll.

The one who ignored the case on him,
Do you guys not understand what "no internet" means? \•_•/

Lemme go compile everything that was raised against me and respond it.
