@scattered mind Out of everyone who's alive, here's my reads in an undetailed format:
Vom, BB, Jabber, Camo, Reinforce, Luis, and NinjaPenguin are all reading town to me. Morda and Drac are both reading scum to me. Not sure what to think about Scattered or PP yet, though I think Scattered is possibly the last scum. PP hasn't been around enough for me to read him too solid, but I think he's town.
I'll go more in-depth if you guys want, but this is just my reads in brief.
Anyways, the QT part of all this I'm finding to be a huge thing to focus on. It could be an insight to what alignment Drac is from Excal's messages, and the fact that Drac brought it up anyways was a little suspicious. Were you trying to pin Ninja as scum based off the DOS hint?
After this new evidence against Drac, I have reason to consider him over Morda, so I'm going to remove my vote for now.

No one was even focussing on Scattered right now. Most, if not all the attention is on you and Morda, so why would you randomly spout that out?

Yes, it was Jesi. However, one was limited to after N1, another one to after N2, and so on. After N4, (and usage requirements are fulfilled) any of their cards could be used. But like I said, we'd know.
I see... The way you worded it though:
A) We attacked Squirtle Squad for similar reasons, and he was town
... made it seem like the "and he was town" had bearing on whether the argument could be suitably used or not. But remember that back yesterday, we had no way of knowing that yet, so this is an argument that only works with foresight of the result that happened (SS flipping town).
As for B, it's a meta-based read, and it's on a game that's not the most recent, so we can't really tell if it's fully applicable assuming he hasn't changed his playstyle by now. If we're looking at it just based on this game, what we majorly have on him that's scummy is that he's refusing to answer questions directed at him. You might think it's a newbie not knowing what to say under pressure or how to answer, but morda, while relatively new, has already a couple games under his belt (one of them as scum), so he has no excuse (aside from inactivity) to not answer and fight back the pressure on him.
The QT itself or the messages in it? Are you allowed to quote messages? Anything in particular that stands out to you?
With NinjaPenguin's latest post, I sort of understand what prompted GM Draclord to suddenly talk about QTs. I think what's happening now is that these two don't trust each other and think the possibility of the other being scum is likely, thus the tension. Drac did it subtly, NinjaPenguin laid it all out above. To help us decide on what's really going on with these two, I think it would be beneficial to get some particular posts from them. I mean, there's got to be something to make them think "Hey I can't trust this guy". When Luis opened a QT with TGK (apparently), we didn't hear any tension about it from the way Luis talks about it.

There's definitely a huge layer to this I'm missing before I can make smart calls on what to think about everyone in-game.
I'm trying my best to read up on the forum (since I kinda forgot about it for a bit) and trying to understand everything.
Option 3 definitely doesn't seem very likely.
I think that Option 1 is pretty risky, but it does seem like a possibility.
I think the safest option and probably the most probably would be 2.
But that's just what I think, I'm still getting used to this. X3
