loshi: Well could you please teach it Swords Dance (move tutor/ TM) and Substitute (Move Tutor)? Then I'd offer whatever.

Sure, I can teach it those moves in the Ruby Move tutor...?

Cause I could just give you 2 Heart Scales..?
 
No, in ruby there's a guy on top of Lilycove Dept. Who will teach Sub to a pokemon. Swords Dance I think is in a FR/LG tutor, unless... Not sure. It's also in the BF in EM, If you have it.
 
I only have Ruby and Pearl.

I'll go and get Breloom Substitute, and see what I can do about Swords Dance.

Guys on top of Lilycove complain about lack of Mall advertisements and how they're thirsty.
I'll do what I can to get the Breloom the moves you'd like.
 
UPDATE: Shiny Latias obtained on GTS! MAY BE HACKED, AND I THINK IT IS, SO DON'T COMPLAIN
Also a Lv.10 Mew on GTS. MAY BE HACKED, BUT THE OT IS MYSTRY AND IT REALLY LOOKS LEGIT
