But In the games,
I enjoyed getting Chansey and breeding Last Resort with some defensive skills aswell

In all seriousness, Arceus is the strongest; it's the Pokemon equivalent of God himself.

You should change the name to:

Most powerful Pokemon which isn't Arceus

Which in that case Kyogre, Mewtwo or Darkai.
