Derpy's costume was okay. I loved Rainbow's costume. She really embraced how Nightmare Night was and how dark and spooky it was. A Shadowbolt costume was ingenious.

yes, I play rapidash, and also use roserade/rainbow energy.. So I call it "rainbowdash" sometimes.

Huh, where did you come up with an idea like that ?
It makes sense that Twilight gets the most screen time, but maybe she will see less limelight because all of the rest of the mane characters will be writing letters to the Princess. IDK. It seems this season has been very light on Rarity and Fluttershy, but that might just be me being confused by the last episode.

Yeah, they made her more likable. Not a character teetering on the verge of insanity.

I got the idea immediately after nationals. I saw that vileplume/roserade/ursaring prime/yanmega prime did amazing.. And know that retreat costs are really low.. So I started looking @ options to force the active pokemon in place. Remembered that I had tons of rapidash and rh ponytas. Then looked @ houndoom prime (more hp) but stuck with rapidash. Its pokebody is amazing when facing other roserades.
also, as a member of the now defunct team rogue, I keep an open mind about every single card in the format.
EDIT: vulpix yolk- I missed that post entirely, and it's well written. I went the T-2 vileplume route, since catcher sux. Alot.
to make up for that, I run cleffa, 3 PONT, 4 twins, and 2 Cheren. A supporter a turn thins you out pretty quickly. (ive decked out vs opposing reshiphlosions just cuz my draws were that bad)

That isn't the point of this thread though, so I will make some valid discussion. I re watched the newest episode, I like it better now that I have heard what was happening, my friends were being louder than I thought they were when we were watching it. My favorite line would have to be "Haza! How many points do I receive?"

I liked the episode...as I said it was the weakest of the last 3 but the last 3 were awesome.
Brink of insanity? No they have changed her from a boring bookworm to someone that actually has a personality and actually does things out of her comfort zones. This made me laugh when they said it...I don't know why

The episode wasn't really weak, but it didn't have the punch the Discord two-parter had and especially Lesson Zero.

Twilight did have a personality, I just don't think it quite appeals to most people. She is my least favorite pony but that doesn't mean I don't like her. She's pretty funny, I just think she suffers a bit from main character syndrome.
