At least Season 2 ended on a high note, like Season 1 did.

We don't know what Season 3 will really entail, so it should be fun to try and predict what will happen in Season 3 while we're waiting for it.

MLP:FiM gave us a lot to work with for the break, though, artwork and music and story AND cartoon wise, with the new changlings and stuff. I'm excited to see what we'll get from that, after all, we did make some cool things around Discord and Nightmare Moon.

GUYS GUYS. I just got around to watching the finale. It was so hard not checking this thread all day, but I made it.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHpplebloom.
The bird, that is my mind, just flew into a window, and died. Those episodes were so good. Words can't describe my satisfaction. I feel like I could take on the world right now. Some mountain lion better not look at me crossways anytime soon.
FIRST THING IS FIRST: APPLEJACK IS PLAYING THE FIDDLE. GUYS. APPLEJACK is playing the fiddle. This was actually the thing that I wanted to see most out of season 2. I wanted this to happen more than I wanted to win Nationals and or the lottery, AND IT JUST DID.
Another thing: Lyra got a line. Another fairly obscure thing that I wanted to see happen. It did. Her voice is excellent too. I'm so glad that her voice is bearable. Oh man. It was one of my biggest fears that she would get a line, and her voice would be as bad as Bon-Bon's.
The plot of the episode was pretty amazing. The second part seemed a little bit short. I wish it would have gone into more detail, but what can you do. The episodes were fairly unexpected. Lots of good twists and turns. I cracked up when Celestia told the mane 6 to use the Elements of Harmony. That's like 3rd time they've had to do that. The whole power of love thing was kinda cheesy, but it was fairly well done. The montage at the end was amazing. All of those photographs are the living embodiment of victory. That last song could easily be a pop hit. Catchy as heck. Shining Armor's voice was great. It reminded me of bad 90's television mixed with a really artificial boy band.
Basically, I can die happy. In fact, I should probably quit while I am ahead. I see nothing that can top what I just witnessed. Watching that 41 minute video actually improved my outlook on life by about 60%. Words can't express how great those episodes were. Hopefully this terrible mess of useless BBcode and vague hard to grasp analogies communicated some of what I'm feeling right now to anyone reading this. I seriously need to unwind. I wonder if I am going to be able to understand anything I just wrote in the morning. High off of sleep deprivation, various types of sugar, and My Little Pony ♥ I'm so happy that I decided to ditch prom.
