I gave up on this in like, kindergarten... how is it that this thread has so many posts?
It's interesting the new kind of animation they're using for this, i'm not used to it. I like the original My Little Ponies better, the new style is kinda wierd.

After hearing the first sentence in this post I thought that the rest of this post would just disappoint me, but it didn't, thank you for not just flaming like so many others. This thread has so many posts because it is 20% cooler than official clans. Anyways yeh the animation in this show is beautiful, so well done. On a side note I figured out that AppleBloom is the only thing that I have actually found cute this year, in anything. Also do you all think the next season will have more internet references direct towards the actual large portion of the viewing audience?

@AnimeUSA: Yeah. Mostly you just don't get it. I hate the My Little Pony franchise with a passion, it's disgusting, but this show (thanks to Lauren Faust and her team of wonder-writers), is beautifully done, even if it is My Little Pony. And the fact that it is My Little Pony just fills it with ironic goodness.

I did find Applebloom cute, but idk, something about her made me not really like her. Scootaloo had many d'awww moments for me, I can't find that picture to show, but Fluttershy was just absolutely adorable! And-oh gawd...I need to go do something manly NOW!

Scootaloo is the best filly.
Also, it looks like Rainbow Dash is the most popular pony, closely followed by Fluttershy. Rarity is the least popular, which anyone could've seen coming.
As someone who has two sisters and has seen several older MLP shows, I can safely say that FiM is on a whole other level. It's brilliant, it's not condescending, and it's not super-"girly". Lauren Faust is a genius.
Speaking of Lauren Faust, she's stepping down from executive producer for the second season and will work as a consultant for season two instead. Hopefully there's no dip in quality or anything - the rest of the staff is excellent as well, so I'm sure that they'll be able to pick up the slack!

If I remember right, on ED, ( Equetria Daily.) it said that Season2 may come in the fall/winter.

Lol Zenith I have seen that one before, and I was looking for it because it is amazing. I just thought that Gilda was a really well written character, I didn't hate her, but making Fluttershy cry... She's lucky she didn't get shot.
