I have three mane ponies that I really like (Fluttershy, Twilight Sparkle, and Applejack) and three mane ponies that I don't like as much but still love (Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie Pie). I don't really understand how anyone could dislike any of the mane six.

It's hard to rank the ponies other than my favorites. It's not that I dislike Rainbow Dash or Applejack, I just like them less than the others. Pinkie Pie is impossible to hate... Not just because she sings a lot of awesome, catchy songs, but because if she ever got wind of it she might just kill you. Or throw you a party. Or throw you a blood party. You never know what's going on inside that head of hers...
Does anyone else think that sad Pinkie Pie looks more like serial killer mode than sad mode? I mean you can already tell she's going insane in Party of One. Imagine what would have happened if the other ponies really had abandoned her? D:
I'd say that sounds like a story, but... actually, maybe I could turn that into a little something... watch as the last threads of Pinkie Pie's sanity unravel as she exacts pink revenge on those who she believes has wronged her... What do you guys think? :O

I haven't seen all the episodes yet, but I've seen around half. Twilight's not my favorite, but I do like her. I think she's meant to come of as pretentious and stuffy so that she can learn to loosen up over the course of the series. She reminds me of Frankie Foster from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, who I believe was actually based on Lauren Faust so maybe Twilight is as well.
Anyway, my favorite pony is probably a tie between Pinkie Pie and Flutterfly. Fluttershy is a lot like myself, and Pinkie Pie is more like what I want to be. Who doesn't want to be like Pinkie Pie? My favorite non-pony is Spike, only because I like dragons. He's what made me stop while channel surfing and watch MLP:FiM. I may have passed the show up otherwise.

alright...i finished all episodes. and i now realize 2 things. 1 the worst and weird episode i could have started on...i did, watching it again party of one makes no sense if you don't know what going on. and 2...my favorite character now is...gummy :3
