First Image: Pinkie Pie is a Pegasus.
Second Image: Fluttershy has a different Cutie mark and doesn't have wings.
Oh BTW that is not fan art or anything it is official.

Because making this an official clan would only complicate things; we'd need a "clan leader", and "members", and a whole application ordeal, when that's not what we really want. This way, anyone can pop in and be like "fellow brony here" or "hi, just joined the herd" and we can be like "sup".

Here's a handy guide showing the original designs for the characters, which were each based on a G1 pony. However, Hasbro lost the right to all six names except Applejack, so the names and designs had to be altered slightly to more closely match G3. The characters are basically the G1 ponies, but with the names of G3 ponies. As for the images, originally, Surprise/Pinkie Pie and Posey/Fluttershy's races were the reverse of what they are now.

now that ive seen the first episode again...well 1 and 2. as princess cilestias sister...night mare has never been seen or mentioned again...she should become evil again for the season 2 finale :3
on a side note....in the ticket master episode i just finished for the second time...applejack deserved the ticket the most

hmmmm... yeh I would have to agree, there wouldn't be much of a story if she just picked Applejack though.
